The team investigated this and confirmed you had provided an incomplete delivery address when you placed the order. Our courier partner delivered the item to a neighbouring business very near to yours, and we provided all of the details. You requested a full refund, but despite you advising that you attempted to locate the parcel and had not been successful, the company that took delivery of the item and kept it safe for you confirmed it was collected by you on the same day it was delivered. Sadly, delivery errors can occur if we are not provided with the full address details, and in this case our courier partner did all they could to deliver it safely and provided the details of where it was delivered and who signed for it. DAMAGED ITEM, LKS LIKE A SECONDS ITEM
Delivery date changed by delivery firm despite an email from company stating 4 days earlier. Item arrived in open box. Item had no acking around it for protection for long distance travel. Item had damage to the top of it. Item was v dusty had to wipe clean it before could inspect. Looks very much like a seconds sink they are trying to sell to someone who will accept the damage. When I reported it the response of damage was ignored. They made out that the picture taken showed it as a clean item, yeah as I had wiped it clean. Gave money bk under distance selling regs, tried ignoring the damage!!

The boxes are opened by the courier so they can keep a check on the condition throughout transit to ensure they have sustained no damage, as the items are fragile. When you emailed in our team reviewed the images taken by the courier and could see all of the inner box packaging is intact, and the sink does not appear to be dusty or dirty in either of the images. That being said, if the sink was not to your liking you, of course, had the right to reject it. The refund was processed the very same day at your request.
