Sink delivered as promised at a great price. Got a hole punched to take a double pop-up waste which, unfortunately, they were unable to supply. Otherwise, very pleased with the service.

The draining board for my Belfast sink has exceeded what I expected for the price by a long way. Practical and looks good. Arrived with surprising speed too.

Incomplete tap sent, getting missing parts is ongoing and company isn't very helpful, wish we'd gone somewhere else, considering it's a kitchen tap that's over £200, their service is shocking

Hello Margaret, thank you for your review. We are sorry this was your experience. We can see you have been in touch with our team, who reviewed your delivery and your request to deliver on either a specific day or to leave the item unattended. Our courier partner will accommodate where they can, but sadly it is not possible to schedule each delivery within every customer's specific requirements. We also do not allow them to leave items unattended; this is to protect customers against damage that may occur once the courier leaves, which they could not claim for, as there would be no way to prove when the damage occurred. We take your feedback on board and will continue to work closely with our courier partners to continually improve our services. Kind Regards TapsUK

The only reason I ordered from this…
The only reason I ordered from this website was because they had good reviews and were offering delivery within 2-3 working days. The products they sell are everywhere.
Following my order, 4 working days later (plus 2 weekend) I received an email informing me that it takes another 4 working days to receive the products in their warehouse... nevermind to my house. I never received the products as it was so delayed so had to cancel and look somewhere else. Plumbers had to be rebooked as well, even though I took quite a few days margin.

Waste for sink
Unfortunately the waste I bought doesn't work well. I was suggested to return it, but that means I need more plumber work.
