Very good quick reliable service from the company and DPD was the courier service who are 100% reliable fantastic will definitely use again and will recommend to friends and family thank you j page.

Arrived when they said it would and kept informed from dispatch to receipt

I ordered an Alcatel mobile phone battery from these people. I got an e-mail from the courier saying it had been delivered, but it had not. The courier took a picture of the front door that he had delivered it to, and it was not my front door. I contacted the courier company, and they said this was the postcode they had been given, and it was down to the sender. So I telephoned Subtel in Germany and explained that they had put the wrong postcode on my item. They said their was nothing they can do about it, and I would have to order it again. I am a disabled pensioner trying to get a battery for another pensioner, and this is how this firm treats you. I have ordered it from someone else now. Be careful dealing with these people.

Quick and efficient. Product was just what I needed.

Great service. Speedy delivery. Will use again
