Really poor service
Really poor service - after a service that cost nearly £3k they created more problems. Engine issue, wipers not re-set correctly after new blades fitted, new rear brake pads making a noise and the engine also making a noise it was not prior to the service.
It took 3 attempts to get them to return my call as well. No offer of compensation at all, no apparent escalation either.

Terrible Service Centre experience
I took my car in for an engine management light issue. In all my time as a car owner I have never received such poor customer service.
I have had to call numerous times to receive any sort of update and on numerous occasions haven't even been able to get through to anyone; the phone just rings.
I live 30 miles from the garage and explained that when I left the vehicle. I was told it would be ready Friday morning and so worked from the office closest to the garage. I have chased the service centre 6 times today before finally getting through to someone at 2.30pm to be told the car would be ready at 4pm. At no point has anyone called me to provide an update.
I will definitely not be using a Stratstone service centre for my car in future and will be recommending that my Range Rover/Jaguar owner friends find an alternative garage.

Absolutely awful service from the repair centre. Finally got my Range Rover booked in after leaving multiple messages & not getting callbacks. Picked car up only to realise on the drive home they’d not fixed the problem at all, light still on! Now back to trying to get through to them, been cut off twice and left 3 messages. Still no callback.
