Good service and follow up after delivery.

I have worked with Simon Clark @ Nottingham service department now for a few years and think he's great at what he does, works with me, with my schedule and also helps keep my car ahead of programme. I would recommend using him to keep on top of your cars.

Was seen straight away by the parts team and they had my order ready when they promised

They did a good job collecting my car and redelivering it after the service was efficient.

Getting someone to answer the phone to book the service and get someone to speak to, left a lot to be desired.

I took our Defender in for it's first scheduled service. The work was done whilst I waited and the staff were all excellent, offering me drinks several times. The service was completed sooner than I expected and they even presented me with some free gifts when they handed the car back to me, which was a very nice surprise!

Everything from booking in my vehicle to collecting it after the service was faultless.
Friendly and polite staff made it a 10/10 experience.

Always a professional and courteous service

Put a deposit £200 on a car which they didn't have , waiting three days before they got it in. Told them on the I wasn't going ahead and wanted my deposit back . Spoke to sale dept who said it would take 3-5 days . One week later i still don't have it so sent an email which they ignored. Had a Customer Service call where I explained the issue , I was told the sale manager would call me - 5 days later and I'm still waiting . Now had my money for 20 days and still no sign off a refund. Again I'm going to have to chase them up - Very Poor Customer Service !

Terrible terrible terrible…. unprofessional, uncaring. Up there with the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. ( no exaggeration)
I’ve leased a Range Rover for the last few years and had nothing but problems with it, all regarding the computer. Constantly calling and never being able to be put through to the service department, waiting for a call back that rarely came. When I eventually did get booked in, problems were not resolved and sometimes came back with another! At the moment my car won’t move out of park after being in for another issue last week (not resolved either)
I cannot wait to get rid of this car and that company!!

Having previously been an Audi customer for the last 7 years, (2 different Audi Q7’s) I purchased a Range Rover sport 2019 model about 3 months ago.
I just want to state that the customer service from Audi was always exceptional. So I rang Stratstone Land Rover in Nottingham, to get my Range Rover booked in for a service. Firstly I had to try on 2 different days and 2 call back requests as the service line was not being answered. I eventually managed to get my car booked in for a full service, (cost £1200). I was also advised to take in my spare key as there was an outstanding security recall on the car.
I dropped my car off, and was told it would be ready at the end of the day. Later in that day, (end of day) I received a text saying my car was ready to be collected. The following morning (22nd May) I got a lift to Stratstone to collect my car, I took my son with me who I was going to drop off at college on my way to work. I paid for my service and was given my keys to take my car. When I walked to my car, I realised neither of my car keys were locking or unlocking my car, and it transpired that my car was left unlocked overnight. I went back into the dealership to speak to the service advisor and explained that the keys were not working. He suggested that the security recall may have caused this and he would get it looked at in the next 30 mins. I explained I had to drop my son off at college and get to work myself. No courtesy car was offered. I asked if he could call a taxi for my son to be taken to college, he replied that they didn’t have any arrangements with taxi companies for customers. I had just spent £1200, and they couldn’t offer a £10 taxi. My son then called his own taxi and off he went.
I waited for about 35mins before I was told that they was not sure how long it would take for my car to get checked and fixed. So I had to take the day off work and catch a taxi home. I then called at the end of the day and was told my car was ready to collect, which I did. I asked the service advisor about getting extended warranty on my car and he said he would find out and let me know. It has been nearly 3 weeks and still no call.
Now I have realised that my car still has ‘service required’ light on the display.
I have tried to call back a few times on different days but as before nobody answers the service line. I then called the new car sales line, and explained how nobody ever answers the calls. She asked if she could try, which she did and told me nobody answered. She then suggested that she would email the centre manager and cc me in asking for someone to call me back. I received this email on Thursday 5th June, asking for someone to contact me, as of today Monday 9th June, nobody has replied to that email or called me. This is just another example of how poor the customer service is at Stratstone Land Rover Nottingham.
I am so disappointed. I have spoken to a friend who also owns a Range Rover about this, he told me, he goes to the Derby Range Rover as the Nottingham branch are not helpful or don’t even get back to customers.

As i have just said Mark was very helpful & knows the product inside out.
