Incredibly poor customer service
Was informed I would get calls relation to servicing on the app and further work; which did not occur.
They offer a wash and clean of the car, which was still dirty and barely vacuumed on the inside. I am not sure why they offer this, if it is going to get poorly done.
Their car park is incredibly small and they have their cars blocking the exit/ squeezed in, good luck getting your car out.
Not what I expected from an Audi main dealer. You get treated much better from independent garages. Won’t be coming back here for sure!
