Stratstone - Audi Wolverhampton Arvostelua 

I have an extended warranty on my Q5. When the car broke down and I took it to Wolverhampton Audi, I was told the warranty wasn’t valid? It took two weeks and numerous emails and telephone conversations before they decided to do the work needed on my car under the warranty scheme.
I then had to wait a further week under half for the parts to come in?
I I’m now waiting for them to fit it in their workshop to carry out the work which could take a further two weeks.
In the meantime, no courtesy car was offered and I had to hire a rental car which will cost me approximately £800 during this period.
Customer service is appalling.
I am in the process of purchasing another car, but I will not be going to Audi Wolverhampton.

This is my first time owning an Audi, and I have to say the service I have received has been absolutely brilliant!

I received a letter notifying me of a recall, and after calling to arrange an appointment, I spoke to a very pleasant lady who made the booking process quick and easy.

I dropped my car off this morning and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who kindly escorted me into the building with an umbrella due to the rather “lovely” British weather! From start to finish, all the staff were incredibly polite, professional and welcoming.

I received an email update as well as a telephone call to keep me informed throughout the process. When I returned to collect my vehicle, I was delighted to find that it had also been valeted.

The service continued to impress upon collection, where I was greeted so professionally once again. I would also like to mention John, who I believe works as a valeter within the sales department. He was particularly kind and took the time to ensure I was happy with everything.

I genuinely cannot fault the service I received. The team clearly know how to look after their customers, and every member of staff I encountered was a credit to the business.

Brilliant staff, brilliant service, and a fantastic customer experience. Thank you all for making my first experience with Audi such a positive one!

Brought a rs6 avant didn't make a fuss when viewing didnt take a test drive as i trusted the garage the car would be a 100% how wrong was i after paying for the car i had it delivered. When getting into the car the mmi unit was not working had to do a reset. Following day was hot. aircon was not cold and the steering was out took it to my local garage had the tracking reset and aircon regassed and the water coolant was low topped up . 2 weeks later more faults on the car booked it back to the garage no offer of a loan car . car went in on a Monday i was asked to pay £31 for a taxi back home and they would pay me back never happened. I was told they would call me Tuesday to let me now what was wrong with the car never happened. I rang on Thursday still not looked at it anyway 19days later they call to tell me the car is ready to pickup. When i get there the guy says its going to be another hour as the car as not been cleaned its was dirty. When getting into car there was still a fault on the camara system they put some petrol in to cover my taxi fare i took the car away and had the car checked over had brake pads fitted front and back only 3 mil left on them had the oil filter change and was advised there was damp oil around the gearbox and a water stain by the waterpump the car as now been booked into another audi dealership. I have got to say after spending 75k for the car the service i got was disgusting and would i use this garage again not a chance probably get a better service from a backstreet garage

Very poor service, charged unnecessary expenses. I have been asked the free of charge wash and vacuum, it hasn’t been done .

Have used this dealership for more than 20 years and during last 5-6 years something has changed. Most of the staff I interact with are really miserable and never smile. Something is wrong at this dealership. Dropped of vehicle for service work, no call back, no update, kept my car for 5 days for a 1 day software update. I am having to call them to ask what is going on. chased several times and was promised an update, no response until I got someone who helped. I could name people but won't waste anymore time.

Staff (and Lucy (?) in particular) were very helpful & friendly and I was updated regularly.

I arrived receptionist ignored me having a conversation which wasn’t work related on the phone, then the car was return with a clearly rushed and unsatisfactory valet done! Expected higher standards from Audi, BMW would never be so nonchalant

Tyler Tipton saved our family holiday. He listened to our needs and made sure that the whole team thoroughly supported us to get our Q8 back on the road. He kept us updated at all times. Tyler is a real trooper. Thank you so much.

The team was really professional and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was needed. They even took the initiative to send me a video showing the health check of my car without me having to ask.

They kept me informed throughout the entire process, were very helpful and transparent, and didn’t charge me any additional fees. I’m genuinely grateful for the excellent service I received and would definitely recommend them to others.

Dealt with Lucy on the day. The vehicle was booked in as the exhaust flap on the left-hand side of the vehicle was sticking and making rattling noises when starting the vehicle. The car was kept all day and then I got a call around 4 pm to say that they have performed a diagnostic test which has come back with a fault on the exhaust motor which needs changing. She also mentioned that the right exhaust was showing two minor faults and if I was to go ahead with the repair it would cost me over £1000.00 just to do the left exhaust. I asked her to send me a video of the diagnostic and also an email to confirm the charges after speaking to the maintenance team to see if they could offer a slight discount as I had already spent over £600 on the maintenance pack with them. She replied back to say that she would send me the diagnostic report and an invoice for cost of repair. I also asked her that if I decided to put up with the rattling noise of the exhaust when starting the car, would it impact the engine in any way. She was not able to comment and suggested that she needs to speak to the maintenance team. I never got a call back from Lucy regarding the diagnostic, the cost of repair or my query regarding the rattling noise.
The following day I turned up to pick up the car at 8 am in the morning. I was sign posted to Lucy to collect the keys. Lucy then mentioned whether I would like to go ahead with the repair to which I answered that she hadn't got back to me regarding the diagnostic report or an invoice for cost of repairs. Up to today this still has not be done. I called a few days after only to be told that Lucy has gone to Germany.

I don't understand what purpose Lucy is serving working for the service department if she cannot carry out simple tasks like sending me a copy of the diagnostic report of the vehicle. Surely, I am entitled to this as a customer as I deserve the right to know what is wrong with my vehicle and not just ask her to go ahead with the repair work on her advice.

I hope by informing you, you are able to make necessary changes to the way certain staff members are with customers as my experience lately with Audi Wolverhampton wasn't great
