I was approached by Jessica in Opry Mills shopping outlet in Nashville - I was on holiday from the UK and I must say I am astounded at the amount of negative reviews on this page - angry actually! Jessica was amazing. She showed me how to use the straighteners to curl and straighten and showed me how it dries damp hair. I bought the pink pair and what Jessica used IS INSIDE the box unlike what other reviews say!! Because of those reviews I even asked them to open the box and then use them on my hair!! They understood why I would ask this and despite feeling rather stupid to even ask I can now write this and confirm! As I am from London, I needed to ensure no problems bringing them back over. Anyway, the review - 5 stars. Better than GHD by far, better than Cloud 9 by far, I am very in to hair and yes, fabulous purchase, glides through the hair, doesn’t get stuck or burn, feels like you’ve just had it done at a salon after use. 100% feel I should have got the hair dryer too!

Disappointment is not the word, Total SCAM!!
I should have listened to my bff who told me it was just like every other flat iron. I was told that there was no use of heat and I would never see smoke, ok I call BS! I used it on my freshly washed and air dried hair only to see smoke/steam whatever you want to call it, and then to make matters worse, the dude said if I curled my hair with it, it would last at minimum 12 hours, low and behold it lasted not even an hour!! I have been totally scammed! and I was never told that there were no refunds until after I looked at the receipt!! The guy was very sweet but I am completely disappointed with the crap they sold me!! I am so glad I didn't fall further to get any other crap they were selling. Save yourself time and money don't even stop to let them show you how it works because it is obvious now that he was using a completely different device. Waste of my money and time. And what's worse is I am a mom of 4 and I got it expecting great results, that was money I could have used on better things for my children!

Bought the Bionic Pro Ceramic today at the Castleton mall in Indianapolis. Kylie the girl that did my hair had it curled perfectly but when I brought the item home and tried to use it it doesn’t curl at all. Huge scam!!!!!

Total scam. Had a demonstration done on my hair at Pocatello spring fair. Curls looked beautiful. I purchased their product based upon results of the demonstration. When I brought the iron home it wouldn't curl my hair at all. Do not buy this products. Total ripoff

I bought my 1st one in 2020. I had an issue with it breaking, and I took it back to the sales associates, who gave me a brand-new one. No, it's not what they had in the store, but I'm using it now to curl my wet hair, and it still works fantastic in 2024. I'm pretty happy :)

Can’t put zero stars….. my experience was trash and they push and push and lie and the face that satisfaction guaranteed is BS. They don’t have return policy posted and nothing on the receipt. Went back days later and was told no return/refund. And they couldn’t help me . Was BS. My flat iron that I’ve had over a year does a better job. Don’t buy from these scammers

If I could put zero stars I would. I was approached by a woman at this kiosk in the mall. She kept telling me I need to buy their straightener because it is like no other. She then proceeded to curl and straighten my hair without asking me first. She said that the straightener doesn’t burn your hair like a regular one does, but I could smell the burning of my hair as she was using the straightener. I then asked if they had any heat protectant because I really needed some and I really just wanted them to leave me alone. The product left my hair so greasy I had to take another shower afterwards. I completely regret buying the product.
A day or two after I bought this product, I started receiving fraudulent charges on my card. This was the last place I bought anything at that didn’t quite sit well with me. This place is a total scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, absolute garbage scam. I intend to join in on a class action lawsuit in the case that it occurs, have reported this company to the better business bureau and the mall that’s allowing it to continue operating False advertising, CLEAR AND OBVIOUS BAIT AND SWITCH (I don’t care what the company says, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM). This company targets and manipulates people and lies about their product. There is not a SINGLE HAIR STRAIGHTENER ON EARTH that does not damage your hair (despite what I was told) and it even says so on the actual product. The “infrared technology” is utter garbage and lies, this is a REGULAR CERAMIC HAIR STRAIGHTENER. This is not about “buyers remorse” or an overpriced product (though it is), it’s about lies and false advertising. I hope your garbage business burns to the ground.

Horrible and pushy
Was visiting the Arundel Mills mall and this lady called Jennifer approached me while giving me something that I didn’t even know what it was. I tried to keep walking but she got in my face and started telling me how she wanted to style my hair.
I tried to leave multiple times, but she just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Started straightening my hair without even asking, which made me incredibly upset.
I told her I didn’t have the money for it, and she tried to get me to buy it “for my hairdresser”??
I told her again that I didn’t have the money for it, but she wouldn’t stop insisting, so my friends told me to just leave.
As I was leaving, my friends told me that the lady refused to give her card to them, and that me going away like that was “incredibly disrespectful”.
Please ignore them instead.

Buyer BEWARE of Straight Ahead Beauty
I was at the mall today and their stall was right outside the store I needed to pickup from. The first lady was polite a let me go with a simple "no thank you", but the second associate, not so much. I am physically disabled. The second associate not so kindly, (sort of) got me in her chair and wouldn't let me leave until I got something. Then, the girls had "technical difficulties" while standing far away from the stall with my debt card. I tried to return everything less than an hour later, with my partner, who was there for the tail end of the ordeal, taking the reighs. But accotding to the same pushy lady from earlier, because of "the holiday" and the "coupons" they used they weren't accepting returns and refunds. My partner literally said "scammers" under his breath. There were no policies posted anywhere either... I checked my bank statement about 10 minutes ago and can now see three identical processing charges for nearly $200 each. After my experience, the reviews, and dozens of cheap re-listings I've seen after just searching the company name, I'm definitely reporting fraud and fight for my money back in the morning with my bank.
I've felt so gross for the rest of the day after this encounter. It's sad but reassuring to see I'm not alone.

When I was walking in the mall, a guy told me my hair was looking good and he offered me a sample. When I took it, he just told me to “come here! Let me show you this iron and how amazing it is”. He DIDN’T let me say no and put me on the chair and started curling my hair without my permission! He was telling me how the iron used “infrared technology” and that it didn’t make any heat. LIES! Also he said that you could use it with wet hair and it wouldn’t damage it. What made it even worse is how he didn’t sell me the same product that he was using. I hope someone shuts it down before they can scam anyone else! I feel so embarrassed that I fell for such a thing! I hope they realize how people work hard for their money and that it is not ok to do this. Cause it’s a SCAM!
