Terrible products
The curler and flat iron get way to hot. I have burned my fingers trying to use them. The shampoo and conditioner are terrible, they caused excessive hair loss in a very short period of time. Wishing I had not fallen for the scam at the mall.

When using heated styling tools, we always recommend taking extra care around the heated surfaces, and using a heat-resistant styling glove can provide an added layer of protection while styling.
Our styling tools are designed to operate at high temperatures to achieve effective styling results. However, many of our tools also feature adjustable temperature settings, allowing the heat to be customized to accommodate different hair types and styling needs. We always recommend selecting a temperature appropriate for your hair type.

I've purchased many hair tools over the years, but this is the first one that actually delivers what it promises. My hair feels silky, has more shine, and the style lasts all day. I also love the shampoo and conditioner because they don't weigh my hair down and leave it feeling clean and soft. What impressed me the most was the customer service. SCAM!
I completely fell for the scam at Providence Place Mall yesterday. I was sold something that I was told was the pro glider 2.0 rose gold, but when I got home the element in the box was seemed a much cheaper replica, and it says pro glider 1.0. It doesn't curl my hair as the professional item they tried on my hair at the mall. I paid $200 for it and I was totally scammed. Now that I want a refund, the printed receipt says "No refund" and I was never told that before purchasing the item. Please never buy any of these products at the mall!!!!

We are an independent manufacturer, and our products are sold through independent retailers. Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like there may have been a mix-up at the retail location where your purchase was made. In fact, the ProGlider 1.0 is a little bit of a nicer model as it features built-in temperature control, which is an added feature designed to help provide more consistent heat.
We’re also sorry to hear that you were unable to recreate the same style at home. Many of the independent retailers that carry our products have professional stylists working in their locations. Professional stylists have extensive experience using styling tools, and sometimes it can take a little practice to become comfortable with a new tool and recreate the same results at home.
We certainly understand your disappointment, especially if you were expecting the ProGlider 2.0. Since your purchase was made through an independent retailer, we would recommend contacting the retailer directly regarding the product you received and see if they can exchange the tool for you.

I was scammed
I was scammed. They showed me and sold me a infrared high end straightener. The one I opened in the box is a cheap basic ceramic straightner. I paid $187 for it. Very upsetting. They advised a different product and gave me something different. The sales women was very pushy and after I purchased it she kept trying to sell more & more. I walked away at one point and she hollared for me like I forgot something and she kept on and on. Forceful & dishonest sales tactics. This happened at the Cool Springs Galleria Mall.

Did you have an opportunity to go back to the store and let them know that the tool you received was not the one you were shown or intended to purchase?

I have very curly, hard-to-manage hair, so I was honestly skeptical. After using the Straight Ahead Beauty straightener just once, I was amazed by how smooth and soft my hair looked. It didn't leave my hair feeling dry like other brands I've tried. I also picked up the hair care products, and after a couple of weeks my hair feels healthier and looks much shinier. The team was welcoming, professional, and never made me feel pressured to buy. I'm really happy I found this brand.

There is genuinely nothing good to say about this company. My wife tried a few of the products and it irritated her skin (scalp) and smelled horrible. They also didn't want to accept a return and their support was rude. Avoid at all costs. To clarify, the exact products were the "Straight Ahead Aura Hair Serum with with Angelica oil" and Retinol and the "Revitalizing Moroccan Hair Serum".

A women came up to ask me a question I said yes and she grabbed me and had me sit in one of her chairs to demonstrate the flat iron she made it expensive and drop the price to 120 it was my birthday at the time and my boyfriend was with me. I’m a pretty shy person and I was uncomfortable with all this going and my boyfriend was trying to get me to leave with him but the lady was a causing and scene and trying to made my boyfriend the bad guy. I felt like I wanted to cry and I bought the flat iron because I felt so much pressure under that moment I gave it to my sister I never used it and it broke 3 months later. I have a warranty for a new one but I never want to be near your company again. Shameful that you pray on vulnerable people to sell them junk

I really love the machine
I really love the machine, I even got the shampoo and conditioner because of a special they were running that day and my hair got thicker and fuller, crazyyy!! I love to do the curls with the brush, they last a long time for me and i have really frizzy hair naturally, it just makes it smoother. Thanks to Shirley in opry mills!!

Augusta Mall Beware!!!
The salesperson in the Augusta, GA mall was very pushy and full of lies. I was told the iron used steam. That was a lie. The one used as a demo on my hair was not what was in the box when I got home. SCAM! They need to be kicked out of the mall! The iron I purchased does pull and dry out your hair. It is a piece of junk.

the bionic pro ceramic flat…
I bought the bionic pro ceramic flat iron as i was told that its not going to damage my hair. After telling the lady i do not use heat on my hair! I was scammed and lied to. The flat iron gotten extremely hot which will just cause hair to become damaged. Contacting the company requesting for a refund isnt going to solve the issue as they will tell you no refunds its all a scam dont trust them and fall for it like i did!

We are very sorry to hear that Mrs. Isley had a disappointing experience at a retailer selling our products. That is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have when purchasing or using our tools.
As with most styling tools on the market, our products utilize heat in order to style the hair effectively. However, the majority of our tools are designed with adjustable temperature settings so they can be customized to suit different hair types and styling needs while helping to minimize the risk of heat damage when used properly.
In Mrs. Isley’s email to us, she mentioned that the tool had been demonstrated on her hair and expressed concern that the item she received may have been different from the one that was demonstrated. Many retailers that carry our products also carry a variety of other styling tool brands, so it is possible that a mix-up or misunderstanding occurred during the purchase process. Because of that possibility, we recommended that she contact the independent retailer where the purchase was made, as they would be in the best position to review the transaction and assist with an exchange if needed.
As the manufacturer, we design and produce the products, but we do not have access to individual sales transactions or funds collected by independent third-party retailers. For that reason, we are unfortunately unable to process returns, refunds, exchanges, or other purchase-related matters connected to those transactions.
That said, we truly want Mrs. Isley to have a positive experience with whichever tool she purchased. We would be more than happy to connect her with one of our product specialists, who can provide tips and guidance on how to safely and effectively use the tool based on her specific hair type and styling goals.
We appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns and hope to help ensure she is able to achieve the best possible results with her tool moving forward.
SCAM 100%
We fell for the scam at Vaughn mills malls today and it was a total scam. We were sold something that we were told was the straightener that they used on both my daughters hair but when we got home the straightener in the box was a cheap piece of shit, the one we got is maybe worth $50 it didn't curl or straighten by girls hair at all when we tried it at home. We paid 350 for it and we were totally scammed. So sad and let down. People work hard for their money and we trusted this company only to be let down and scammed.
Never buy The Straight Ahead Bionoc Pro Ceramic flat iron. Vaughn Mills Mall should be kicking this company out of the mall. This is theft and misinformation 100% by the company. My daughters used birthday money to buy this and it is total garbage. Thanks alot

Strips dye color from hair
I was sold this product (shampoo and conditioner) at a trade show. It strips color from dyed hair. I mean REALLY strips color and I was told at this show that it would hydrate and amplify color. Total lie and it took me months to figure out why my new dye wouldn't stick. I went back to regular shampoo/conditioner and wouldn't you know!! Turns out my color is brighter with the old brand instead of this one.

Our shampoo and conditioner are formulated to be gentle, hydrating, and suitable for color-treated hair, and they are not designed to strip color. In some cases, certain formulations may interact differently depending on these variables.

They are not great but they are good. Definitely not worth $800! I mean they get the job done.
