Fantastic service and communication from John at Storebox in Northallerton. Happy that my possessions are secure and that I can access them easily when needed.

Teresa at Scarborough is incredibly efficient and very pleasant to deal with. We always felt that our storage unit was very secure at all times. A great storage facility and highly recommended.

Fabulous service. Staff really helpful when setting up rental of unit. Access to Artane so easy! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

I rented a 200 sqft unit from Knaresborough for 2 months to help store house possessions during house renovation. The whole process from beginning to end was very smooth and trouble free. I like the way the site was secured with locked gates and a door with pin code. The ground floor unit with roller door access meant I could back up to the doors and load/unload items. The unit itself was very clean and locked with my own padlock. Staff responded quickly to any questions I had.

Used Storebox (Stockton branch in Eaglescliffe) for a couple of months during a house move. Much cheaper than competitors and couldn't fault the facilities. 10/10

Storage areas in excellent condition, and easily accessible.
A special mention of one of their employees. I dealt with John during the storage of my possessions. I found him to be knowledgeable and very very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. He is an asset to the business.

Easy and convenient business. Very secured and monitored. Easy access. All online transactions and ready to move your stuff straightaway. When call customer service there are very helpful.

Really helpful orridally going to put it in Bishop Auckland when called in to finalise it was informed a indoor one in Middlesbrough this was ideal

Excellent service from start to finish. My storage unit was at the Chester-le-Street branch. Amanda was great with everything from day one. It was a Godsend when I relocated from the Manchester area last year. Finally completed on a house so no longer need the facility. Would highly recommend.

I used the Bishop Auckland Storage facility for over 3 years, I really appreciated the support from the team during the time and especially when it came to the process for moving everything out of my storage unit.
I felt my belongings were very safe and secure, the units themselves were spacious, very clean and secure. The whole set up was very professional but friendly with comment boards for users of the storage units, plenty of trolleys and instructions for securing units when accessing the building. I would definitely recommend !

I rented a Storebox unit in east London for 4 months. Beware - as the price doubles after the first 2 months. Storebox changed our passcode WITHOUT NOTIFYING US and we could not access our belongings. There were no staff on site. Very luckily we went to our unit in office hours and managed to reach Storebox staff on the phone to find out our new number. When I gave notice to leave , Storebox still sent me an invoice for the next rental period. When I left my unit Storebox sent me another invoice for £0.00!! The company makes you buy a padlock from them although you can provide your own padlock as well. You can rent storage space with Storebox but be prepared for the pitfalls.
