When I reached out to the Storebox team to enquire about the details of how and when I could store my items, everyone was so helpful. Once we locked in on dates, the whole process was very clear and straightforward. I went to view the storage unit before I booked in too and the manager on site was very helpful and happy to show me the sizes of the different units available. Getting any additional information was also very easy as their customer care team are very quick to respond. It was a great experience overall, moving or storing things can be stressful but the units accessibility and the whole process made everything very easy.

The facility is secure, and well-maintained, and I feel confident leaving my belongings here. The staff has been friendly, professional, and easy to work with whenever I’ve had questions. Access is convenient, the units are in great condition, and the pricing is fair for the value. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of reliable storage!
