Stampix Arvostelua 

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Stampix. The whole process felt disorganised and frustrating from start to finish. After placing my order, I received little to no communication about dispatch or delivery, which left me constantly wondering what was going on.

When you’re paying for a product, especially something personalised, you expect at least basic updates and some level of reliability. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience at all. The delays and lack of clear responses made the situation even more stressful.

Customer service didn’t feel helpful or proactive, and I was left chasing answers instead of being kept informed. Overall, it felt unprofessional and not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t order from them again based on this experience.

Super leuk. De foto s waren gewoon van mijn telefoon af. Maar ze zijn prachtig. Stampix vind ik een aanrader.

Zeer tevreden over Stampix! Alles is vlot verlopen, van bestelling tot levering. De kwaliteit is top en de klantendienst is vriendelijk, snel en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

The photos are great and if there’s any problem with delivery etc, the team is really helpful with it. I would say the only downside might be the delivery time, it can take some for them but it makes sense since it’s eco-friendly shipping.

PostNL had een levering niet bezorgd. Waarschijnlijk ergens blijven hangen. Ik ben vervolgens ontzettend goed geholpen door de customer care. De bestelling is opnieuw verstuurd en dit keer ook bezorgd. Resultaat is super, ik ben helemaal blij. Thanks Stampix!

The pictures are lovely very pleased

Le tirage des photos est très réussi. Le service est rapide et le service clients très à l'écoute et réactif.
Je suis très contente des photos qui ont été tirées chez eux: le travail est très soigné. Les photos entrent parfaitement dans un cadre.

L’une de mes livraisons ne m’est pas parvenue (probablement à cause de la poste), mais mes photos ont été réimprimées sans hésitation et le suivi a été exemplaire.

Door een fout van mezelf waren de foto´s niet goed gelukt maar na een snelle reactie en de perfecte oplossing is alles goed gekomen

Excellent quality and finish. Love the retro prints the most. Delivery was a little slow but it was during Christmas when I ordered. Customer service answered my query very quickly and were a pleasure to deal with.
