Der Kundenservice ist schnell, aber nicht effektiv. Ich habe einen Monat lang auf meine Fotos gewartet, die einzige Lösung, die sie mir geben, ist, meine Fotos neu zu drucken und sie zurückzuschicken. Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass sie "gesandt" wurden, und ich habe sie nicht erhalten. Laut Kundendienst muss es ein Problem mit der Lieferadresse sein... Nun, es ist die einzige "Firma", die sie irgendwie nennen, die Probleme mit meiner Adresse hat... Ich erhielt auch eine E-Mail, in der stand, dass ich meine Fotos erhalten habe und wie ich sie beurteilen konnte, ich habe meine Fotos zu keinem Zeitpunkt erhalten... Kurz gesagt, ich werde nie wieder von dieser Firma kaufen. Ich empfehle sie also überhaupt nicht...

Since two separate shipments could not be delivered, there may be an issue with the mail delivery to this address. That is why we suggested an alternative private address, because we wanted to give the shipment the best possible chance of arriving successfully.
Please note that our photo orders are shipped as regular mail and are delivered by your local postal service, not by a courier that rings the doorbell. Unfortunately, once the shipment is handed over to the postal service, we have no visibility into why it could not be delivered.
We understand how disappointing this situation is, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience it has caused.
We remain happy to look for a solution together. If you are able to provide an alternative private delivery address, we will gladly resend your order once more.

Suite à la grève de Bpost, ma commande de photos s'est égarée. J'ai contacté le service client de Stampix qui a immédiatement réimprimé et réexpédié les photos sans aucun frais. Un service client au top que j'ai énormément apprécié !

Excellent Quality and Smooth Experience!
I am really happy with my experience with Stampix. Ordering was quick and easy, delivery was on time, and the photos turned out beautifully sharp, vibrant, and with a really nice finish. Everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. You can tell care goes into the final product, and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking to print photos.

Ordered in December - Still nothing - Terrible Support
Ordered in December - it is now March, turns out their systems cannot recognise my (perfectly valid) address.
It's not even a particularly complicated address - it just has an apartment number.
Support has been atrocious, weeks between responses and when the response finally comes it is "Sorry we can't recognise that address" with no offer of any kind of solution.
Absolutely pointless perk from Amex / Accor

Foto niet ontvangen
Ik had mijn foto nog niet ontvangen en heb contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Ik ben een paar dagen later geholpen geworden met een paar vragen enzo die mij verder konden helpen. Ik heb mijn foto ontvangen in mijn brievenbus 2/3 dagen na ik contact heb gehad. Zeker een aanrader om hier je foto’s te laten maken nog geen spijt van gehad.
