I might be able to get done what I want and need because of this specific storage place

The girl was very knowledgeable. I’d never heard of this service before. I thought I was calling a storage company, not an agency with knowledge of all available storage units. She explained all steps thoroughly and didn’t apply any pressure to make a decision or lock in a specific date. Just wanted to insure I got the best deal possible for me. I would recommend using this to people who are looking for storage they don’t have.

I’m unable to speak with any from the storage company I need the space ASP… left messages only to not get a response but sparefoot them selves are grate

From the start, Osmin was GREAT! He walked me through the process of finding a suitable storage unit. He was patient through-out this process and showed a genuine intrest in helping. Osmin is truly an asset to your company!

Both gentlemen I spoke with were clear and concise about pricing, specials, sq. ft and met all our needs.

When I reached out to the actual company there was a lot of information that was not given and the incorrect address of my unit. Felt like it was an urgency to get it now when I did not need for several weeks just a very frustrating experience but when I talked to the manager directly she was very understanding and helped me fix what sparefoot did wrong 😑

The process was quick and informative. I was able to make the reservation with a very pleasant and helpful booking associate. The representative helped me thoroughly understand the process. When my plans change, both representatives at the facility eagerly assisted me. Ms. Nalise built a repour and welcomed me to consider their facility when I need storage.

I spoke on the phone with a gentleman who stated my payment would be $98 monthly nothing else, then a lady who works at mini storage interstate called me saying I had to pay $98 plus $10 more..I didn’t agree with that and was told I wasn’t paying more so I decline the service.

Because no one in the office and they should have open 7 days a weeks

Easy booking process

Told representative I was looking for enclosed or covered storage for my 21 foot van rv to protect solar panels from hail damage. Was given a reservation at an Edmond location and told him I wanted to look at the location before I accepted to see access, etc.
He wanted registration details that I don’t have (dealer has not sent me title-work yet).
Extended reservation date for a week and said still needed rv to be registered in my name before I could look at facility.
Fortunately I drove to location and looked through fence cracks, then asked several people at code keypad if there were any buildings or covers that would allow my over 9 foot tall rv to enter, and there is NONE! Please cancel my reservation for this space that could not possibly work for my vehicle’s height!
