Representative we extremely patient and helpful. HOWEVER, I was told there was only ONE covered 12x35 space available. When visiting the facility I noted approximately 50 open spaces. Even if temporarily vacant, it’s hard to believe I got the last one available.

I had a wonderful experience the feller…
I had a wonderful experience the feller that helped me Joe. He was absolutely wonderful. He called me back a couple times and I had this patient with me or to go put money on a card because all I had was cash. It was very polite and very nice.

Untrue information from SpareFoot
Spare foot claimed a 10x10 unit was available. Arrived at the facility to find that there was actually no 10x10 available.
SpareFoot was wrong.

False advertising, then wait for the actual rental company to refund the money
It says roll up door and all they have is rv spots. I ordered, showed up at the facility, noticed they had no enclosed spaces. Called spare-foot and the lady said “gee by golly nothing I can do until the holiday (it’s Thursday and she said wait until Monday). I paid almost 200$ for a spot that doesn’t exist because this company won’t update their website. They are “unable to help” with anything when it comes to refunding. Maybe you guys should figure out your website!
