Easy booking process

Told representative I was looking for enclosed or covered storage for my 21 foot van rv to protect solar panels from hail damage. Was given a reservation at an Edmond location and told him I wanted to look at the location before I accepted to see access, etc.
He wanted registration details that I don’t have (dealer has not sent me title-work yet).
Extended reservation date for a week and said still needed rv to be registered in my name before I could look at facility.
Fortunately I drove to location and looked through fence cracks, then asked several people at code keypad if there were any buildings or covers that would allow my over 9 foot tall rv to enter, and there is NONE! Please cancel my reservation for this space that could not possibly work for my vehicle’s height!

Saturday, June 13, 2026, The address where I rented the unit had no one attending the office. Simply a note on the door stating their address for check-in or other office-related services. Needless to say I was UPSET. Then, I went to the address taped to the door and they were not there, simply a "clock" on the door saying they would be back at 3:45 pm. I arrived at 3 pm. So, I ran a quick errand and came back at 3:50 pm. No one there. At 4:25 pm, the office manager arrived. She was rude expounding that I was lucky she made it at all because she had a flat tire. I told her the company should have a back up plan for keeping the office running. I was able to complete the unit rental, but it was an extremely unpleasant experience. What SpareFoot should have known at the outset was the change in address of the check-in location at a minimum. This entire experience was unacceptable. Also, the phone number posted on the first location went to the 800# and you couldn't talk to ANYONE.

The lady at the counter was very nice & friendly they also have a fair price I would recommend my friends to come here

Fairly easy to complete, although if you have to call their office, the hold times could be lengthy. However, they will answer your questions quickly.

Sent me to a place that was completely wrong for my RV size. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back since there is no way I could have parked in that spot.

They make the online experience very easy to understand.\n And what it says online is what you're going to get, there's no hidden fees, and I had called them with the question they didn't answer, but they promptly called me back less than five minutes. They answered my questions, and we're very supportive.Thanks to all the staff at sparefoot , good job , I'll be sure to use you guys again and will tell famil.and friends when it comes to storage needs, you guys are the people To do it right.
