Simply Safe Car Seats Arvostelua 

Ordered a seat Saturday 28th February, arrived yesterday! Amazing service, so quick to arrive, seat super easy to install, and I know if I need any help Gabi will be straight on it! Cannot fault Gabi at all.

I joined the Car Seat Safety UK Facebook group that is run by Simply Safe Car Seats and was quickly surprised at the tone that the admins use towards members of the group. I had bought 3 car seats from Simply Safe and personally I had had no issues with ordering, deliveries, the products or with rudeness towards me. I stayed in the group despite seeing rudeness towards others as I wanted easy access to support if I ended up ever needing it.
Last month a member made a post in the group and admin were extremely rude to the poor lady (a brand new mother). Another member commented on the post to defend the poster and made the observation that admin could be rude and should reflect on how they speak to people. They were diplomatic and fair in their comment, not rude about admin at all. There was a lot of likes to the comment and admin did NOT like their opinion (ironic that she got her back up about the way she was spoken about when she insults CUSTOMERS daily).
Because i liked the comment, in support of the original poster who I felt sorry for, I was immediately removed from the Facebook group.
The page was supposed to be somewhere for potential customers and also existing customers to use for product support and now I don’t have access to it and feel like I cannot approach the business using any other method if I do have any issues in the future.
I honestly have never known a business that is so rude to it’s potential and new customers continue in business as long as they have!
I have found a far more supportive Facebook group now, who have other retailers running the group, although they cannot provide me with support for the products I’ve bought form Simply Safe (understandably) I have been able to get advice about new seats for my eldest child and have purchased from one of their admin.
Personally, I would avoid Car Seat Safety UK Facebook and Simply Safe Car Seats if you are looking to purchase for a retailer that will welcome you if you ever need their support.

I've bought now 4 seats from Simply Safe and have had nothing but amazing customer service and advice given. All my orders have been shipped promptly and when I've needed any aftercare, it's always been given immediately. They have even price matched with other competitors to ensure I get the exact seat I want. I'll continue to use Simply Safe Car Seats for when it comes to buying the next stage car seat once my boys grow out there extended rear facing seats. Thankyou so much again

I’m so grateful I found the Car Seat Safety UK Facebook group where Gabi and Katie are trying to educate the UK on extended rear facing. After wasting money on 2 seats that only rear face up to 104cm/18kg, I needed something new for my high centile children.

The first car seat I ordered didn’t work as well as I thought it would for me, so Gabi exchanged this no problem. Gabi provided a quick response on my request for her review of them installation. I’m so pleased with my Axkid Movekid, thank you! I admire what you’re doing amongst juggling your own family and young baby

I asked for recomendations on this womans facebook group for a carseat and the responce i had wasnt a very nice one really.gabi actually speaks to people in such a rude manner, i certainly wouldnt purchase from her! My inital budget for a seat was about £150-200 but after doing my own research iv gone to purchase a seat elsewhere spending beyond my budget. Had she been a polite person she may of got a sale out of me

I have purchased a carseat from this company 28.1.26 Delivery was prompt. Tested it out on the old chassis of our stroller. Decided to return as ive exhausted all other options with regards to adaptors and cant connect, requested refund 2.2.26, deducting 20£ from original price as they will sort out from their end.
Been emailing back and forth and has been told that royal mail collection is underway since friday 6.2.26 Contacted again yesterday , only to be told it has been forgotten and will reschedule for today(tuesday) even our regular postie said nothing was booked. Emailed again. Hopefully this gets sorted. Otherwise ill take it the legal way,

Placed an order 10 days ago, had no update or tracking information and after spending £350 was a little concerned. Contacted via messenger as they request and didn't get a reply after 48hrs which they state they will. Tagged the company on the Facebook group and apparently I was insulting. My order was then cancelled. Haven't been refunded my money yet and I am now kicked from their Facebook group. Have always recommended their company previously and have purchased seats from here before. Very disappointing and terrible customer service.

Edit: I didn't care for the no reply in 48 hours, I am more concerned that my payment and order was placed 10 days ago and hadn't been processed or sent.

I wouldn't trust this company with supplying equipment that may be the difference between life and death for your child(ren).

Employees of the company think it's ok to abuse & threaten people and their children (customers & non-customers) online, including a past of mocking disabled/SEN children.

They will report reviews and continue appealing until they win to remove as many negative reviews as possible, despite most, if not all, being totally truthful and accurate.

You can see some of these things for yourself in replies to reviews and their facebook group advertised on their pages/website.

Ordered from Gabi previously with n problems at all however this time I ordered and 5 days after shipping I had no tracking and no seat. I messaged to question if she could find any more information however after multiple messages I still had no response a week later (and no seat). Therefore I posted on the page, just merely tagging Gabi and her business page to state the same information and again ask the question of whether she has more information incase something had gone wrong.

I got a response to say I was unreasonable, inpatient and rude. Blocked from the Facebook page and had my order cancelled all before I could respond to her.

Avoid.

Unfortunately a terrible experience with Simply Safe. Having previously purchased from this company without an issue, I decided to purchase again when I needed to replace the seat.

Delivery was delayed due to the courier, which was looked into quickly by the owner when I contacted her via her website. Redelivery was scheduled for a couple of days later. The seat arrived smashed in a damaged box.
I contacted Gabi the owner again via the website, providing all the details she requested, and she offered to send a replacement. I informed her that due to the inital delay this wouldn't be acceptable as the seat was needed for a trip which would happen prior to the replacement being delivered. I asked to return the broken seat for a full refund, she asked when it could be collected, I told her which days this would be possible and have heard nothing since. No collection of the faulty product, no refund, no replies. She is doling out advice to those in her facebook group to encourage even more sales, but when I asked for a response in that group several dedicated fans of the business quickly jumped on to tell me I am unreasonable and that the owner is on maternity leave so can't possibly be expected to respond - also she apparently punishes anyone who checks that she actually received their message by putting them to the bottom of the pile of dissatisfied customers. Have had to raise this with the bank as judging by her behaviour that will be the only hope of getting a refund. Definitely avoid, Gabi is disorganised, unable to cope with basic tasks of keeping on top of her business and provides broken products and no customer service. Though I'm sure she will have a rude response for this review - despite being unable to find the time to arrange a return for a faulty product. Very disappointing given previous experience was positive.

Great service - both pre and post sale! Responsive and easy to deal with. Very fast shipping. Only regret is not discovering you sooner. Thank you !

Had numerous working days to send my car seat and unfortunately was "lost" between DPD and warehouse. Mistake was never corrected properly with poor communication and the replacement was never sent when we were told it would be. On asking for relevant information and clarity we were told we were rude and the order was cancelled. Do not order.

You can boot me from your little Facebook page. But I havent done anything wrong.

You pretend you run a page as a community that is interested in the safeguarding of children, but ultimately you refuse to speak to anyone unless they bought their seat from you.

You have a handful of obsessed admin wannabes that slate people and when someone says something not even out of line or rude... unlike your little fan base, you just kick them. You could just have a conversation?

Before you appeal this google review... the Facebook page is part of your company and this is my review of my experience of your company. Very poor and overinflated prices.

They claim you pay extra for the aftercare, which consists of "just raise the head support up a click". Not worth an extra £100.

Responded to my (rather silly) question basically immediately without making me feel ridiculous. Amazing value on the safest seats, and extremely quick delivery. Cannot fault the service from Simply Safe at all. Thank you x
