We booked an appointment in the Crewe store and met Olivia. She was very helpful when looking at the prams and finding ones that were suitable for what we needed. Following her help, we went back the next day and purchased a pram.

5 stars
Meg was brilliant this morning. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find a pram and car seat. She went above and beyond with helping us make sure the pram and car seat fit in to our car. We did have a bit of difficulty with getting the pram in to the boot but she helped us find a way! She made us feel at ease and gave us time when we wanted to discuss things together. She gave us a brilliant deal on a pushchair, car seat and winter set. The whole team was friendly and inviting. Thank you :)

Nice overall experience
Me and my first came into the store with not much knowledge on the buggys and the travel systems but we were given great advice and shown all features of a few different ones to help us decide. Libby was a great help in helping us come to a decision with what we were looking for. Great overall service worth going in and seeing all the different styles available
