I am really impressed with the service and quality provided by Bambinos & Beyond. The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was prompt. I ordered my pram from Bambinos & Beyond because it was the best price around which was a bonus. I haven’t ever heard of the company before so I did a quick search of it on trust pilot and saw the most recent reviews which were all positive so I was feeling confident about the order.

The website stated delivery within 14 workings days which was fine however 14 working days went by and I still hadn’t received dispatch info or heard much so I was a bit anxious as it was a substantial amount of money to pay for a pram. I went back on trust pilot and clicked on the one star reviews and there did seem to be a few with similar experiences of not getting their items within the timeframe stated. So I did really worry. I did contact them via the email provided on the website and they did always get back to me within a day which was positive and I was left feeling a bit more reassured.
I still don’t really understand why my ordered was delayed but ultimately it has now been delivered which is all that matters to me.
So whilst it wasn’t a 5* experience it really wasn’t the worst at all and definitely not a scam company!
I would still consider purchasing from them again in the future.

Not had chance to use my brand new cosatto wow xl in silhouette yet as not due 4th baby just yet but got it all set up and my autistic 3 year old absolutely loved it!! He literally sat in it for a hour and wouldn't get out, Bambinos and beyond were amazing, got it sent straight out, from me ordering the pram on the 13th April to receiving it on the 15th!! I didn't think it would come so quick!! Thank you for the wonderful pram, all well packed

I’ve never bought from Bambino’s and beyond previously. I bought a new Spidey car seat from my 4yr old grandson who has outgrown his current one. It’s really good value and cheaper than Amazon. Really good quality, comfy and service/delivery was exceptional. I wasn’t in the first delivery, no issue and met my delivery choices with ease. Very happy.

Found the process of picking a pushchair very overwhelming. Went in store after receiving a leaflet at my maternity appointment and ended up talking to a member of staff who went through things to consider and recommendations. Ended up with a ex display model with a great price and great help from Shannon on returning with additional questions. Thank you :)

I visited her with my daughter who is expecting a baby in July.

She’s very young and very conscious about being pregnant.
The staff were very friendly and the service was great. She found a perfect pram.
We will definitely be visiting again.

I have visited the store several times now. I recommend anyone expecting or with a baby to visit this shop. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about all things baby which can be quite daunting as a first time mum on what to buy and how to work things etc! Beautiful shop with lovely staff

Absolutely amazing, i enquired about the stroller I wanted to buy they said it wasn’t in stock and would take 2-3 weeks In total, to order it in an then deliver to me.. BUT. To my surprise it was out for delivery the next day! And I received it within 2days.. absolutely amazing I’m so happy with the purchase it’s pristine just fabulous! Customer service is great, purchase is great and I’ve got a happy little girl enjoying her new pram! So thank you! Worth every penny and I shall be back and would recommend to anyone

We purchased a pushchair from Bambinos & Beyond & the whole experience from start to finish was second to none! From trying the pushchair in our car to car seat safety & different types putting our mind at ease when our little one arrived. The staff were amazing! Demonstrating all the different pushchairs & finding our perfect pram for our needs.

I have been to the shop once to get my cosatto giggle 4 as this shop had pushchairs on display so you could have a look at it properly which is great. We definitely lack shops like this. I then ordered online a high chair that stated delivery up to 14 days however because 14 days was coming up I contacted the customer service and they advised that they waiting for the stock to be delivered therefore i cancelled the order as did not want to wait aby longer however there was no problem with cancellation or a refund.

Refunded fairly quickly without any problems.

Customer service is great.

I will probably buy from them again some time.

I still haven’t received my parcel. The delivery company said they would deliver it yesterday 10.4.26 between 3.30 and 5.30. I waited in then at 8.30 got a m sage saying the wouldn’t be delivering as they hadn’t got time as a backlog of deliveries. Then I had an email saying they would deliver today but I couldn’t wait in because I had made plans. I have offered to pick up from a pick up point and they are saying that I will be on Tuesday. I am hoping they hear from them again to confirm when I can pick up my parcel. I’m not very impressed with the courier service at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! if you want to be told your order will be delivered within 2 weeks and then get to 4 weeks and STILL have no update on the order!! I've ordered the Cuddleco Beaumont Dresser & Cot Bed costing £988 on 14th March.... I STILL haven't recieved my order and STILL am none the wiser of where my order is! I have spent a fortune refurbishing the baby's nursery and after weeks of doing so the nursery has now been sat ready for 2 weeks without furniture! I'm constantly chasing customer service and I constantly rwcieve the same response which basically doesn't get me anywhere.... I'm none the wiser... I still don't have a delivery date.... I was told last week via email I'd be contacted by cuddleco by the end of the next working day to arrange delivery (Obviously never happened) .... I got in touch again and I was told she was "on the phone to them as we speak".... 2 days went by.... ZERO response from B&B... I chased again.... I was then told "oh cuddleco are closed for the weekend we will contact them on Monday!" - yeah OK.... another set of lies. I have been given a gesture of goodwill for the delay... which quite frankly isn't cutting it at this point! Is constant lies and mulling the customer over! The order has quite early NEVER been made by B&B through to Cuddleco hence why I'm receiving ZERO response from them nor is there an update!! There has clearly been a complete mess up somewhere that someone isn't telling me! I have every right to go to tradi g standard because I've just about had enough!!! I'm heavily pregnant and this is thay absolute last thing I need! If I do no recieve my order by next week I will be filing a report to get the money back and reporting the business as unsatisfactory! The issue here is the lack of communication and the complete lack of care and transparency! Low staffed.... delays WHATEVER.... just be real with with customer and provide them with a live update! I asked for someone to call me to discuss but that also never happened... they also do not answer their landline. If I have to drive down from preston next week I will be doing! And I won't be leaving until I either have my furniture or the cash in my hand!! I really thought I was getting a good saving as the furniture is £200 more elsewhere but what and idiot I was!! I should have sucked it up and paid the extra elsewhere!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I bought my travel system as an ex-display model and honestly, it looks absolutely brand new.. you’d never know the difference.

From start to finish, the communication has been amazing. I started paying it off early, and they were so accommodating, keeping it in their warehouse until closer to my due date which took a lot of pressure off.

When I finally emailed to arrange delivery, it arrived the very next day, such quick and efficient service!

Overall, I’m beyond impressed and will be recommending them to everyone. Such a smooth, stress-free experience and a brilliant deal too!
