Nearly every time I return items I have issues with them, then have to go through the whole performance of proving I have returned the item

Do not use this company I ordered a dress from it. The dress was badly made and not as the description I sent the address back. I’ve got a refund on the dress however they still want me to pay delivery charges when contacting the company. I’ve got a very rude customer service person when I explained the delivery was not as it should. She became very rude. I would not use this company at all very poorly made clothes better quality in the pound shop.

**Very disappointing experience – £259.99 charged twice**

I placed my first order for a Garmin watch and paid by credit card. A day later, Simply Be emailed me saying that a credit check had failed and cancelled the order. I do not understand why a credit check was carried out when I had paid by card, and nothing appeared on my credit report. When I called customer service, the person on the line said it must have been an error but could not explain what had happened.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I placed a second order. After four days, I was told it had been dispatched and delivered. However, that same day I received an email thanking me for returning the item—even though I never received it and the Evri tracking still says, “We’re expecting it.”

Simply Be has now taken £259.99 from my card twice, leaving me £519.98 out of pocket without receiving the watch. Customer service has offered no clear explanation or resolution.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company until it improves its payment, delivery and customer-service processes.

Absolutely shameful customer service. I have had to repeat my concerns to several agents and it seems no one reads the notes or keeps a record. I had received a refund for an order that got lost after having to chase customer service for my refund. After receiving the refund, the package was delivered. Doing the right thing, I informed SIMPLY BE that I had the dress and wanted to return it. This kicked off a ridiculous number of emails and chats to confirm I would NOT be charged again for the dress. Despite being assured by various agents this would not happen, I was still charged for the dress a second time. Now I need to wait 14 days for my refund. I am beyond exasperated dealing with this company. NEVER again will I purchase from them. FAR TOO MUCH WORK.

False advertising. They say order will qualify for next day delivery, place order and then has a delivery date of a week later appears. This happens all the time. I pay for the unlimited delivery also. Simply Be has went downhill in the last couple of years in both quality of clothes and service.

Easy breezy

I don’t understand why they only have 3.2. Clothes are great. Easy returns. 28 days grace. Credit account. Reminders if you forget to pay. What more could you want?

Terrible customer service!!! They took money from my account that was not authorised to and then sent me a cheque that I cant cash!! Because cheques are outdated and banks dont take them no more. When asked if I could speak to his manager no you cant. Rubbish company i will never use again!

Can never find any stock in what we are looking for

I’ve been a Simply Be customer for around seven years and have always paid my balance in full every single month, before the payment due date. I’ve never paid interest or carried a balance.

Out of nowhere, my credit account was removed. To make matters even more confusing, I then received an email saying I had been placed on a “pay down plan” due to being in persistent debt. This is impossible, as I have never been in persistent debt and have always cleared my balance in full.

When I contacted customer services to understand what had happened, the communication was inconsistent and I received conflicting information rather than a clear explanation. I was even told to check my credit report with Experian. I did exactly that, only to find my Experian credit score is 1,212 (Excellent), which made their explanation even harder to understand.

After seven years of managing my account responsibly and maintaining an excellent credit score, this has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of transparency, inaccurate communication, and poor customer service have completely undermined my confidence in the company. As a result, I’ve asked them to close my account completely. I expected much better treatment as a long-standing, responsible customer.
Genuinely think they’re only interested in customers who accumulate debt.

They told me to send an expensive ring back for repair then threw it away and gave me some money which didn't even cover the cost to replace it - THEY DO NOT REPAIR items yet haven't even apologised for their mistake - i have had to take legal action. all i wanted was proof of purchase to get it sorted myself but they refused, now i am out of pocket and have no ring.

The website does not permit someone once registered to change their primary address. I've rung customer services repeatedly over this issue, and every time the customer service agent tells me they have corrected it on their system and removed my old address. Then they send my order to the old address again. I've had it with this company, never again.

I bought some swimsuits months ago in March to try on. I kept 2 and send the rest back. Despite many attempts to contact Simply Be via email and through my account I have yet to get a reply or a refund for these returned suits! Appalling service.
