Very helpful plugin! It helps me to migrate website(1001tvs.cn) from old host to new one in a short time, the total backup is more than 4GB. And the customer support response is very fast and professional.

I had trouble restoring my Wordpress site to a new server and ServMask tech support was able to quickly help me determine the cause (outdated Gravity Forms), implement a workaround (disable Gravity Forms) and then successfully restore my site and update everything. The Unlimited Extension made the entire process possible and fairly painless.

ServMask was so helpful

I ran into an issue trying to restore a website. I have done this hundreds of times but this time I just couldn't get it to restore, no matter what I tried.

I reached out to ServMask and they went out of their way to help me out. What I also liked was how quickly they responded to my emails. Their knowledge and experience helped me get the site restored and made my client happy.
This isn't the first time ServMask has helped me but it was so important this time. Thanks again ServMask.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

Even when I cancelled my subscription prior to my card being charged, I was still charged. Support basically do not care, they refuse to take any action.

Literally the WORST service. Be VERY CAUTIOUS with this company, they do not play by the rules, they take your money, then make it impossible to remove your card details.

EDIT: As Trust Pilot is unable to allow me to reply to the comment from ServMask, I would like to clarify as way of warning. The ServMask emails go to SPAM, so any prior warnings that come in about rebill will hit your SPAM folder. According to Google, Gemini, ChatGPT etc this happens in mass email marketing when a company has a poor sender reputation, but that isn't the point.

I logged in and cancelled my account PRIOR to any annual subscription being "renewed" and then later the same day the annual renewal payment was charged. I even attempted to remove my card details, which is not possible and is not a function that you are able to make.

Once this company have your card details, there is no way to get them removed. Support are about as useful as a chocolate teapot used to brew fresh tea over a fire pit in the Egyptian dessert. They do not care about any problems with accounts or billing, they only care about taking money. Period.

Sorry to have to be the bearer of bad news, but if you are genuinely looking for a business to work with, then find one that actual cares about their customers, existing and ones that choose not to use their services. This company is not that!

Der Kundenservice ist unfreundlich, wenig lösungsorientiert und zeigt keinerlei Bereitschaft, auf individuelle Anliegen einzugehen. Ich habe das Produkt nach der ersten Nutzung nicht mehr gebraucht und auch nicht bewusst verlängert. Trotzdem wurde die automatische Verlängerung verrechnet – obwohl ich das Produkt nicht mehr nutze und klar kommuniziert habe, dass die Verlängerung nicht beabsichtigt war.

Statt auf meine sachliche Rückfrage einzugehen, wurde das Support-Ticket einfach kommentarlos geschlossen, nachdem ich mit der ersten Standardantwort nicht einverstanden war. In einem weiteren Mail wurde mir dann unterstellt, ich wolle mich der Verantwortung entziehen – das ist weder zutreffend noch ein professioneller Umgang mit Kunden.

Natürlich liegt es in meiner Verantwortung, ein Abo rechtzeitig zu kündigen. Aber guter Kundenservice bedeutet eben auch, in besonderen Fällen Kulanz zu zeigen und gemeinsam nach einer Lösung zu suchen. Das wurde hier kategorisch abgelehnt. Es geht offenbar nur um Profit, nicht um langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit. Wer sich so verhält, nimmt bewusst in Kauf, dass Kunden unzufrieden zurückbleiben.

Ich hoffe, meine Erfahrung hilft anderen, eine informierte Entscheidung zu treffen – und im Idealfall einen Anbieter zu wählen, bei dem Fairness und Kundennähe noch etwas zählen.
