Backup erstellen – funktioniert.

Backup importieren – Ladebalken bleibt stehen.

Fehlermeldungen googeln, Einstellungen ändern, nochmal probieren...

Nach Stunden die Wahrheit: Das war von Anfang an so programmiert.

Der eingefrorene Ladebalken ist kein Bug. Er ist Absicht. Kein Fehler, keine Erklärung – nur Stille. Damit du an dir zweifelst. Damit du weiter suchst. Damit du irgendwann zahlst.

Das hat einen Namen: Dark Pattern. Absichtlich kaputte Software als Verkaufsstrategie.

Ergebnis für mich: 140 € verlorene Arbeitszeit – für ein Feature, das die Free-Version nie hatte und nie haben sollte.

Seriöse Plugins wie UpdraftPlus oder Duplicator schreiben das einfach hin: „Import ist kostenpflichtig." Ein Satz. Fertig. Diese Firma wählt stattdessen Täuschung.

Finger weg. Euer Geld und eure Zeit sind bei der Konkurrenz besser aufgehoben.

Reaktion auf Antwort: Pure Ausrede. Das ist einprogramiert. Einfach mal bei YouTube den Fehler eingeben, da sind Videos mit 50.000 Aufrufen. Klarer Beweis, dass hier mit schmutzigen Tricks gearbeitet wird.

Greedy company with poor values and horrid customer service. Their yearly subscription email warning landed in my spam, I contacted them ON THE DAY of the payment to cancel my subscription and get a refund and was met only with poor manners and a terrible service.

Avoid this plugin and company at all costs, just do a simple search and you will find better FREE alternatives. Do not throw your money at them.

I used this company one time and a year later I was charged for an auto renew. I immediately replied that I no longer needed the service and asked them to refund the new 1 year fee of $69, with in 15 minutes of seeing the charge. A day later I received an email from Kwan Wachinee, Senior Customer Success Specialist, stating that they understand that this can happen, but since they emailed me 30 days prior, the don't have to refund me because their Terms and Conditions say so. Well I never received any 30 day notice. I am a SAAS reseller and I have refunded clients on $197 monthly renewals if they cancel within 24 hours because it's good business. This company clearly does not care about being a " good business". The good news now is that we no longer need to use a WordPress migration plugin. Since Manus or Claude can copy a website in minutes, bottom feeders like this will quickly become obsolete.

I use the "All In One WP Migration" plugin since years now and it always worked very well! I use it in my agency for any kind of website migration along with day to day backup of my customers websites. If there is any issue, support is helping fast and efficient!

I was not expecting a reply to my issue as fast as I got it. It was instant! I provided some additional information and they gave me another instant reply with step by step instructions to fix my issue. Best part? It wasn't even them. It was caused by my hosting company

I am very grateful to ServMask who were always there to support me with the issues I was stuck on regarding the restoration of my backup. In the end, everything turned out excellent. Once again, thank you so much for the support — very professional and incredibly fast with your responses.

I have created my first web site on WP. I migrated the hosting to mine (Hostinger) and when I tried to use the All in One WP migration, it is limited to 512 M. By mistake, since I have been dealing with the help desk from Hostinger and AI for help all day, I ended up purchasing the unlimited version. The button for Import was not working. Together with Hostinger Help Desk and IA, I managed to erased the WP from my new hosting (this was the problem) and importing the back up I had without using any plugin. After this was done, I wrote to support to revert the charge since I did not use it in the end, and I was mislead by the limiting 512 m of the free pluggin. Support claims I used the pluggin when I did not. Terrible experience. Marisa P. 03May2026. To the response, i never used the pluggin. 04May2026, and i sent you an email shortly after purchase.
