This is one of the best migration plugins that is out there! So happy that it is highly recommended, even by the AI! Great tool. No one can solve the problem, but ServMask did! The All In On Migration plugin and the Extension are worth every pennies.

Update: The issue has been resolved.

After my initial review, the support team at ServMask reached out and handled the situation professionally. They reviewed my case, clarified the licensing terms, and offered a fair resolution.

My original license has been reinstated for personal use, and they provided a trial of their Pro version for client work going forward.

I still think there is room for improvement in terms of license transparency and management (especially for long-time users), but I appreciate that they took the time to review the case and find a reasonable solution.

I’ve been a customer since the early days when this plugin was sold with a lifetime unlimited license — including use on unlimited websites.

Fast forward to today: my license has been suddenly deactivated for an alleged “EULA violation,” my account appears to be removed, and I no longer even have access to my purchase history or receipt.

There was never any license management system provided — no way to deactivate old sites, no dashboard, nothing. Like many developers, I used the plugin across development, staging, and client projects over the years, which was completely in line with how the product was originally marketed.

Now it seems those early adopters are being penalized retroactively.

This feels like a bait-and-switch: early customers supported the product when it was growing, only to later have access restricted without clear explanation or proper tools to stay compliant.

Support has been unhelpful so far, and the lack of transparency is concerning.

If you’re considering this plugin, be aware that “lifetime” and “unlimited” may not mean what you think in the long run.

I would strongly recommend looking at alternatives with clearer licensing and better customer treatment.

i really had an issue with site migration and when i sent the email i was like they are gonna answer me in 5 hours and the conversation is gonna last at least 2-3 days. But they responded extremely fast and the job finished in like 30 minutes.

Their product and their support are fantastic, even though I am not a paying customer!!

All-in-One WP Migration by ServeMask has been a lifesaver for my website migrations. It makes moving or backing up a WordPress site incredibly simple — no technical stress, no complicated steps. Everything works smoothly and reliably. Huge appreciation to Michael and the ServeMask team for creating such a dependable and user-friendly plugin.

Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been disappointing.
An automatic charge was made for the renewal of a plugin subscription that we have not used for over six months. We contacted customer support the very same day regarding this matter. Considering the “we’re human” statement in their return policy, we genuinely expected a reasonable and understanding resolution.
Regrettably, our case was handled in a rather dismissive manner. It felt as though the company’s priority was strictly financial, rather than focused on customer relationships or long-term cooperation.
We would also like to mention — in a friendly and transparent way — that we work closely with many freelancers and agencies who use these plugins. Given this experience, we will likely recommend that they consider alternative solutions. To be fair, switching to competitors had already been under consideration for some time for various reasons, and this situation has only reinforced that direction.
No hard feelings — we simply believe it is important to share honest and constructive feedback.

The software works, but their subscription policy sucks. They auto bill for renews and NO REFUNDS if you cancel.

I've been using All In One Migration for many years. Generally the plugin works flawlessly, but on occasion it needs a little more help.
ServMask support is great, very quick and friendly.
