Horrible company. They have no ideas how to run a business, no customers service etiquette, no responses concerning your orders. Stay clear away from them!

I have been ordering from Binoid for years and their service has gone downhill. Yes, their products are good from what I have sampled. But that applies to the vapes only. I have tried the gummies and they don't get you high if that's what you want. I noticed a pattern with them. You order will not ship until the payment clears the bank, usually 2-3 days. But they send you a notice that you order shipped and they print out a label. I ordered using 4 day shipping. It took over a week to arrive. My last order arrived with several vapes in it that I did not order! I requested the bundle contain ALL NORTHERN LIGHTS, but I recieved vapes that I don't use. Another thing, I suspect they censure their reviews on their website. I have left several critical reviews that disappeared a few days later. If you go through their reviews, they are all 5 stars. All buisnesses can't please everyone, so where are the other reviews? I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Ordered a seven gram pen, was sent the incorrect pen and they would not give me a refund. Took a pull and the pen shoots out hot wax. The top of my mouth is blistered and it does this anytime you activate the pen. It just shoots up wax. My pen came with a very large air bubble and they claimed this was normal. I won’t be buying again, customer service is as horrible as their product

I have a tumor on my spine, my doctor has refused pain medication because of fed and state laws. This is all that has gotten me through for my pain relief and respite from my chronic pain. Now they’re trying to prevent my state from ordering online for this medication🫨

DO NOT BUY from this company I brought a disposable THC pen. It arrived exploded, clogged, unusable, and unchargable. They sent me a replacement and it arrived the exact same way this entire process was over the course of three weeks the shipping times are just lies and so are their reviews. I then contact customer support and request a refund. They approve it(only after trying to convince me for a few hours just to take some site credit which i couldn’t even buy anything with). Send an email and have the charge pending on my account. After two days, they removed the refund from my account before it could clear. I then have to dispute the charge which of course cleared immediately because i had videos and ss of everything that happened. This company is either fraudulent or incompetent. If you wish to use your money on a good product, and or be able to have your issues looked at with any level of competency buy from anywhere else.

Never shipped what I ordered can’t get a hold of anybody call my bank waiting to get my money back I wish I would’ve read the reviews first don’t waste your time with this company it’s a nightmare

This is a company that will automatically set you up on a subscription. You can not call them and returning the product is costly. Once returned getting your money back is impossible. The product contains CBD and continuous use can damage your liver. Stay away from this fraudulent company.

This company is so bad I'm not even mad I can only laugh. My 1st order will be my last. Shipping is absolutely horrible.Been two weeks and still haven't received. Of course, it's the post office's fault, Right? There are hundreds of other negative reviews about shipping but I guess none are Binoid's fault. What a joke. Customer service could care less.

SCAMMERS package never came said delivered. Don’t waste your money

I have used Binoid for over a year, and they do make some mistakes, mostly sending the wrong flavor. This has happened more lately. There customer service is lousy. Will never use them again. Found someone else cheaper.

Amazing products and amazing prices

Pens clogged after a single use no matter what I did. I followed the instructions on the website and talking to customer service to get their advice. Contradicting advice, rude customer service professionals, and it took a week to process then had to wait three weeks for shipping. They also refuse to put anything other than 5 star reviews on the website, kinda feels illegal like false advertisement or something,

I placed three sperate orders for what I wanted on Friday. They told me to place another order, but I couldn't. The chat representative told me to place another order, but I couldn't because I had maxed out my credit card paying for the other two orders; which I admitted to myself, I did click the order button, so therefore they were not fraud. I could not place another order, because I had already placed three and my credit card was maxed out. I was kind of excited waiting for the item to arrive. I did not get a tracking number, which didn't bother me. When I went to look up my order, I couldn't find my account and ended up spending all day talking to their chat agents. It turned out they couldn't help me. And they weren't to pleasant about not being able to help me, and offered me no compromise, and then on top of that, guess what; I'm not going to be getting anything anyways. Anybody who has read this entire review should not shop here, avoid the headache.

Also, If I still have your attention dear reader, this is not a publicly traded company, I couldn't find them on the stock market. Which may suggest this is a problem with management. However, it is nearly impossible to get rid of management of a private company. Also perhaps private companies do not have to disclose the truth behind their claims. I am not a lawyer. This makes sense to me. Thanks for reading, have a better day; and you don't need Binoid in your life.

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. They charged my credit card, but I have yet see the product.

I just got my edibles yesterday. Slept like a baby last night! Thank you! Definitely will be buying from them going forward! Tired of waiting in line! Looking forward to trying their other products!

I placed on order online Friday 3/6 @ 8 pm. It's now 8 pm Monday 3/9 (3 days) & I don't have a tracking number, have no idea where my order is & can't get anyone from Binoid to give me anything but attitude. WHERE IS MY ORDER? Update: 5 days after Binoid took my money, I finally have a tracking #. My order is sitting in Florida with no delivery date. Update: 3/14 & still no delivery! Either these bozos ripped me off or the mailman did! Binoid is now sending me 2 or 3 bogus tracking emails a day & refused to answer my questions .... Like WTF is my order? What A Crock! Are these bozos even operating in The U.S? 🤔 UPDATE: The bank has refunded what Binoid stole. Know what would be funny? If the merch was delivered NOW, 13 days after I placed an order. 'Cause then, I get it for FREE!!

Despite of the quality of their product , which is just made up story for users....They re-sell something returned by another 'smart users' . I received one item with 50% of load. Another one, 7g vape, contained....0.2 - 0.3 g ! Almost empty. Took 8-10 puffs and stopped working. After some effort I opened the container. noticed it is ....empty ! Once reported, they offered....discount for a new purchase !

So, 100% scam with poor quality of products and ZERO support. I do hope it is ending of that business.

Horrible customer service, shipping takes forever now, when you do receive the product its only half full. Don't post any reviews that are negative or below a 4 star. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Never received the product they never answer calls hard to get a refund this place is a scam stay away at all costs.
