Easy to use website
It's a bit pricey but for a good cause

Prompt delivery and perhaps knowing that the product is low carbon rather than than ignorantly just buying stuff because we are over entitled and over privileged makes this a 5 star product

Really efficient service.
It's easy to order, and the parcel came through quickly. I've bought the toilet roll before and it's excellent value for money, whilst still helping to save the planet!

Love Serious Tissues, great quality and truly sustainable products. Keep going!

All good, no complaints. I have got used to the paper now, it isn't quite as soft as other brands but I'm happy knowing I'm doing something to help the planet in my small way. We have to start somewhere.

Good product received promptly

Good value & sustainable, and great to have a bulk delivery, last us a few months!

Quick delivery, a good price and excellent environmental credentials. Unfortunately, the toilet paper is harsher than expected and so we won't be buying again.

Prompy delivery, good buy

Prompt delivery. Good quality.

Prompt delivery, good quality and great value

I've been ordering and using Serious Tissues toilet paper for several years now. And will continue to do so. Good quality, soft and best of all, no tree dies. Fast delivery too.

Good quality, reasonably priced, and ecologically respectable. Will purchase again.

As usual, the product is great but it arrived in a truly filthy and damaged box that was broken open in a number of places. Not brilliant for a kitchen product really.
More an issue with the delivery agent but not something I want to repeat.

I was a bit dubious about the switch to alternative toilet papers. I worried about the quality, etc but am pleased to report that I've been very happy with Serious Tissues. I've since ordered kitchen roll and although I haven't tried it yet, it looks as good as the supermarket ones I've been buying.

Most importantly though, I contacted their customer service about an issue with my most recent order/payment. Alex was incredibly responsive and very helpful and understanding. Good customer service makes or breaks a company for me and I was definitely very impressed with the customer service here.

Excellent way to avoid plastic on household essentials.

Good comms.
Flexible timing.
Simple to use.
