Ran dishwasher twice with Dip tablets. Cups still stained with tea.

Sorry to say it did not clean everything I had to resort to washing again with normal tablet really gutted didn't work for us we do live in a really hard water area .

These sheets are great and smell lovely. Happy to feel I’m doing a bit for the environment without losing cleaning power!

Great product. Washed the clothes really well and they smell lovely.

The plates and cutlery came out sparkling, although a few rings remained in a couple of mugs.

Very pleased with the performance of these sheets. So easy to use and store. Sparkling dishes. Easy sign up process and good communication. Would recommend.

I was initially excited to try the dishwashing sheets and had high hopes for them. Based on that, I discontinued my regular dishwasher tablets—but unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake.

After a couple of weeks of use, I noticed that our cups and dishes were not coming out clean. I even tried increasing the number of sheets per wash, but this made no difference. The results remained consistently poor.

I have since returned to my original eco-friendly tablets, which immediately restored the level of cleanliness I expect.

Given that the product promises high-quality performance but failed to deliver, I believe a full refund is justified.

I really wanted this product to work. I'm always looking for eco friendly alternatives for household products, but unfortunately this just isn't it. I used these for 2 weeks before giving up. They didn't clean all of the dishes and mugs properly, left tea stains on mugs which progressively became worse, and easily get removed by other dishwasher tabs. I tried doubling up the product in the dishwasher, but it led to too many suds, which then leaked out of the dishwasher and triggered a warning on the dishwasher, requiring 24 hours for the dishwasher over spill to completely dry.

Unfortunately I forgot to cancel the 2nd order, didn't receive a reminder that it was coming up, just a confirmation that it was being sent.

I placed my order on the 2nd of April , I’ve received an email today asking me to give feedback on my purchase, unfortunately I cannot provide one as I haven’t received my order . Today is 17th of April

Washing is good. That's my experience

The dishwasher detergent sheets have been great. No perfume residue left on dishes or cutlery/utensils.

I’m trying to be more environmentally friendly with my household goods,
Dip dishwasher sheets smell nice but do not remove tea/coffee stains from mugs or manage very greasy things well, so I alternate between dip and capsules.
Washing machine sheets smell nice but I have to pre treat stains as these are not removed just with the sheets.

We live in a hardwater area. We put half a sheet in our dishwasher but it left white stains and rust on our plates and cutleries. It doesn’t remove stubborn food unless we have to rinse/scrub our plates and cutleries first.
Even if the dishwasher is half empty, it still not strong enough to remove food esp. when you don’t turn on dishwasher everyday.
I like that you can skip your order. However, there should be a quick cancellation of subscription option on the main menu for a swift cancellation of product.

The products I've used so far are the detergent sheets and fabric conditioner sheets. Probably the most important products to me! Both dissolve perfectly and the washing smells fresh. I live in a hard water area and find i need a full sheet (2 squares) but I expected that.

The laundry sheets & cleaning sheets are amazingly good. I am, however, struggling with the dishwasher sheets. They leave a white film on cutlery & glassware.

Love the products! No more huge packaging or plastic bottles full of poisonous chemicals - best thing is that the products actually work! I ordered the introductory selection pack which is great value for money. Immediately ordered some more washing sheets.
