Order the product, very vague instructions and have yet to receive anything in the mail as far as the test kit

The sample was easy to understand and simple to complete. Communication via chat with 'Angel' was straightforward and accepting.

I requested senstivitytest and paid for it and have never received anything. I couldn't even find how to reach out to anyone

Can’t rate this company enough they tested everything, it was easy to do and results easy to understand and lots of information on how to go forward with your results .
Now the Doctors will understand why I feel like I do as the results are there for them to read no more fobbing me off , so I am so pleased I done this test .

I was confused at first until I contacted them via livechat. I was waiting for a kit in the ppost but then i Spoke to a very helpful advisor called Terry, who explained everything perfectly.
I didn't realise it was sent via email.
