Purchased teo Optimum sensitivity test last August and subsequently submitted samples - no response and no response to emails. Based in Ireland. Scam ??

I have paid for 2 Ultimate tests last year. I was sent an email to submit patient information, but they will not open. I have contacted the company over and over, but not a single reply.
If someone knows a contact who will actually talk to me, could you please let me know

Not received my results. Been chasing since January.

I made a derogatory review about Check my body health. I wish to withdraw the comments I made as all is more than fine now. I will be using this company again!

This is a SCAM company take your money and give nothing.

I paid for 2 hair tests in October and subsequently received nothing. I queried this and they directed me to instructions. I decided to ask for a refund and have emailed them 3 times with absolutely no response. Their website diverts to a different company who I, apparently emailed wrongly (?) so have got generally confused. I have tried one last time to email but not holding my breath.

Stole my money!!! Took £80 and not provided a service or refund. Ignored emails because theyre going into liquidation. Still taking customers money with no recourse.

I ordered a test thinking it was a blood test. When I realized it was a hair sample test I emailed them and asked for my money back. They kept emailing me back explaining how to use the kit. Finally after three emails back and forth they asked for my info for a refund. I never received the refund or an email back.

Its a Scam. They have send me wrong address and doesn't answer emails. Company still sells product but doesn't provide service.

J’ai été prélevé plusieurs fois pour une chose que je ne voulais pas.

I posted my test over two weeks ago still waiting for my results

I sent 2 samples on 7 October 2025. After 2 weeks checked to see if they were received. Told no but give it a few days.
Accessed the online chat and said would send replacement samples and told not to.
As of 31 October they still stated had not received them. Therefore I was advised to send order details etc as I requested a refund. I sent all the information as requested
At the present time I have sent 3 emails and left 3 messages on their phone line. Also the online chat doesn't seem to be available.
There isn't any customer service as I am being ignored.
Have now been told the company is no longer trading

Do not go with sensitivity check Australia.

I paid for three hair sample tests - for my hubby, son and I. I only got back results for my husband and son. Mine are missing. I have emailed several times to follow this up, I have also tried Facebook messenger and also live chat and crickets their end.

The customer service has been horrible tbh.

So disappointed and defo a scam.

I’m starting to question the legitimacy of my hubby and son’s results.

Save yourself the time and money!

I purchased the most expensive test, sent it off express mail to them and I’m yet to receive any results as the website has shut down. They have scammed me money and now trying to contact them for ages no ones responding. For someone that’s suffering with allergy tests professionally this was a last resort and now I’ll never know if I’ll be getting results. Definitely taking this further

This website is not to be trusted. I got a test and nothing has arrived in 6 weeks. Don’t recommend and probably a scaaam

Customer service agent Kai was really great. He was polite and prompt and really helpful with his advice this evening. Looking forward to sending off our samples tomorrow.

Jordan customer service was excellent, and I would recommend this products.

I ordered my kit in Australia. Their email weblinks did not work to complete patient details.
I contacted the help centre, Jesse was very helpful.
Apparently, their online systems were down, Jesse sent a new link which worked. I now have to download a form, fill and print, put my hair sample in a ziplock lunch bag and mail it all back to the address supplied (postage extra).
It all feels a bit unprofessional and scamish so far.
