Fantastic missed show on Friday night due to wife admitted to hospital. Refund sorted money in account by Monday don’t normally take the ticket cover offered but would recommend to anyone as you never know

Prompt service
The company looked through my claim promptly, sending me an email explaining where I had information missing and what they needed. Once they received it my claim was processed and money returned quickly. The tone of communication was pleasant and applicable throughout considering I was claiming due to a death in the family.

Easy form, no contact after submitting
The form was easy to fill out, but I was expecting some sort of confirmation email once I'd submitted the form. Instead I was just hopeful it had actually submitted and had no idea until, luckily, the refund appeared in my bank account.
