Hi. I needed a refund and was very pleased with your team members' responsiveness.
I would suggest that refund instructions tell users to forward the entire original purchase invoice. I sent a screenshot, and while I could see the entire invoice on my side, but the shot was apparently trimmed when it appeared in your company inbox. This required a lot of back and forth until your representative asked me to fwd the original. Thanks!

Great experience
Great experience. I had to cancel my trip to London due to a medical problem and thankfully I had this ticket refund protection on my theatre tickets, provided the documents and received feedback within days and money back. Highly recommend!

Tube Strikes - Paid quickly and with no arguments
We had to claim for one ticket in our party who felt unable to take the risk of travelling to the West End in the light of the recent tube strikes. I was refunded in less than a week and with no arguments. I was impressed as some tube services did run on the day.

I’d bought (and insured) tickets for me and my 88yr old mum to go to a show. She’d’ve loved it but unfortunately had to have an eye operation on the same day. Our refunds were issued straight away and with no fuss. Very grateful and pleased with the service. Thank you.
