So pleased I took out ticket protection with secure my booking. I was unable to attend a performance due to an accident on the motorway, which closed all lanes and meant I could not get to the venue in time. I completed the on-line refund request the day after missing the performance and the refund arrived the following morning. What excellent service. I will definitely use this service again. The refund was made quickly
The refund was made quickly. Im glad we had taken out the cancellation insurance.
The only slight issue is that I think the ticket providers could have had a link directly to the insurers claim form. It was a bit of a faff to find it.
