Quick turnaround
After having to miss a performance due to a sudden death, the tickets were the last thing on my mind. A few days after the event. I applied for the refund and submitted proof and was shocked when the money was back in my account within hours. Excellent speedy service which made a hard time easier.

The process from beginning to end was professional and very simple, in regards to getting a refund! The money was paid back promptly into my bank! That’s why you buy ticket protection whenever you buy tickets! Because you don’t know what’s going to happen!

I filled the form for refund three…bad service
I filled the form for refund three times. I had to call to bank to find out the things about the bank… what!???? The other companies just make a refund on the same card from which the purchase was done. And I paid the fee in amount of almost 40 usd. Bad service. You have to improve

As a third-party handling ticket refund protection refunds, we do not refund directly to payment cards because we did not process the original ticket purchase and therefore do not store or have access to customers’ card details. Requesting card information purely for refund purposes would also create unnecessary security risks.
For this reason, refunds are made directly to the bank account provided during the refund application process, which is a standard approach used by third-party refund providers.
