I’ve used Seatfrog for a number of years and never had an issue. This trip my train was cancelled after booking an upgrade.
Sorting out a refund was entirely painless, the process smooth and the help magnificent, big shout out to Ella!

Great Customer service
Great Customer service, quick and easy to use and upgrades can be a real good bargain.
My train i brought the upgrade for was unfortunately cancelled and i was unable to upgrade on a different train. Getting a refund was quick and easy, no fuss, no hassle just sorted.

Very slow to process refunds
Ok, until you need a refund. They are so so slow to pay, even when the claim is agreed. I am waiting now 4 days after trainline refunded me for the same cancelled train. So I don't regard this as acceptable

Efficient refund
My return journey down to Manchester Airport was cancelled due to a points failure. I had bid for upgrades on Seatfrog who were quick to offer a refund for the outward upgrade, thanks Richard. The return upgrade took a little longer, which I expected as it wasn’t a direct result of the points failure but they’ve just confirmed a refund, thanks Ella. Will definitely use again!

Unfortunately, my train was cancelled, meaning I was unable to travel and couldn't make use of the upgrade I had purchased. Despite the disruption, the service I received was excellent. Communication was friendly and professional throughout, and my refund was processed quickly and efficiently.

Great customer service
What fantastic customer service. Our train was cancelled and I went through the refund process. Ella sorted me out with zero fuss. This was the first time I had used the app and although our upgrade fell through. I will definitely use again without hesitation.

Fantastic Customer Service
The train I had purchased an upgrade through was cancelled. I managed to book an upgrade on the next train and put in a refund for the first train which was actioned within 1 working day. Shout out to Richard who was very helpful and processed my refund without delay. I will definitely be using Seatfrog again!

3rd time lucky
I struggled to find the information needed for my refund .But appreciate the help finding it and the explanation on how to do it . Brilliant concept and execution
Have had a couple of successful first class upgrades through Seatfrog.
One time where the train I was booked on did not actually have a first class section, the support team sorted out a refund for this with no issues.
