Seatfrog Arvostelua 

My first time using Seatfrog for an upgrade and my train was cancelled! Very disappointing but Ella at Seatfrog soon sorted out my refund. Hopefully I'll be able to use it next time.

I’ve always been very impressed with Seatfrog since they launched a few years ago. It gives you the opportunity to upgrade, ordinarily at a very low price. It varies from train to train, but I’ve had some absolute belters.

However, I particularly wanted to highlight just how exceptional their customer service is.

Recently, they very kindly gave me a refund because my train was so overcrowded that people were even standing in the toilets, so there was absolutely no chance of enjoying a First Class seat.

What impressed me most was the human touch. Their communication was exceptional throughout.

I felt compelled to leave a quick review because genuinely great customer service can sometimes feel quite rare these days. When you also compare the price of a full-fare First Class ticket with what you can sometimes secure by bidding through Seatfrog, it really is a no-brainer and can turn First Class travel into an affordable luxury.

Seatfrog is a great way to jazz up your journey. I’ve won a few auctions and it’s made the journey sweeter. I’ve also had the misfortune of winning an auction for a train that was then declassified so unable to use the win but Ella at Seatfrog support sorted a refund for that one. Seatfrog is one of those things you don’t want everyone to know so your chances of winning are greater. And excellent customer service from Ella. More people should be like Ella

Reassuring response to cancelled train - prompt refund - Thankyou !

We've used seatfrog a few times now and it has been great fun waiting for the auction to finish and getting our first class treats. Really easy to use.

Yesterday unfortunately the train was declassified so we didn't get our upgrade but because we hadn't scanned our upgrades, we messaged seat frog and within 24h our upgrade had been fully refunded thanks to Ella

I’ve used Seatfrog for a number of years and never had an issue. This trip my train was cancelled after booking an upgrade.

My train i brought the upgrade for was unfortunately cancelled and i was unable to upgrade on a different train. Getting a refund was quick and easy, no fuss, no hassle just sorted.

Ok, until you need a refund. They are so so slow to pay, even when the claim is agreed. I am waiting now 4 days after trainline refunded me for the same cancelled train. So I don't regard this as acceptable

My return journey down to Manchester Airport was cancelled due to a points failure. I had bid for upgrades on Seatfrog who were quick to offer a refund for the outward upgrade, thanks Richard. The return upgrade took a little longer, which I expected as it wasn’t a direct result of the points failure but they’ve just confirmed a refund, thanks Ella. Will definitely use again!

Unfortunately, my train was cancelled, meaning I was unable to travel and couldn't make use of the upgrade I had purchased. Despite the disruption, the service I received was excellent. Communication was friendly and professional throughout, and my refund was processed quickly and efficiently.
