Please do not use scs
My sofa was supposed to be delivered today has not no tracking tried calling 3 different numbers all ignoring i will be cancelling the order as they are in breach of contract please do not use this company no customer service at all read negative reviews
Wow passed my details to Glasgow fort when I spoke with a sales person last night he said its nothing to do with the store and today was refused a manager so left a voicemail cancelling my order

Ordered very expensive corner sofa, delivery date confirmed ……. Not delivered ……… phoned new date given not delivered …… phoned again, new date given not delivered. Last phone call was told ‘you could hire a Luton van and collect it yourself😡NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY shocking service. Incase your wondering STILL NO SOFA AGHHHHHHH

The ordering and delivery process was excellent. I was kept up to date with the delivery time from start to finish. This helped me organise to allow delivery and installation to happen seamlessly. Thank you.

New suite delivered on time with a pleasant delivery team professional company photos taken to ensure no damage to property or the furniture.Both of the delivery team could not do enough to ensure that we were happy with our new furniture and where it was placed ,now couple this with the staff in-store at point of sale and indeed a very pleasant place to do business especially when you consider that we were kept informed of expected delivery date by both text email and phone call.Well done to all SCS and contracted delivery staff working in perfect harmony.

Great help in the shop until your couch doesn’t get delivered then they just pass the buck “ we don’t have anything to do with the distribution centre you’ll need to call them” got there money out of us so they don’t care, waited 12 days late and even when they did deliver it they only came with half the couch thinking we already had the other half and had to go back and get it, terrible service won’t get my money again

The waiting time for the suite to be delivered it took 5 weeks.
The delivery was good.
Service in the shop was very good.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Emily at the Glasgow Fort. She went above and beyond to show me fabric samples, and each and every couch option (I wanted a pull out sofa day bed) that was available. All this and because I’d made an accidental online order, she did it with no hope of commission. Truly a kind wee soul who calmed me down after my accidental order and made me feel at ease about everything. I will definitely be buying a couch through SCS again and it’s down to the staff at Glasgow Fort!

We had a great experience at SCS Sofas Glasgow Fort yesterday and were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and range of sofas esp in comparison to other furniture stores that we visited the same day. After much intense deliberation we picked one of two favourites, but best of all was Emily who helped us, she was so friendly, professional and patient that she made it memorable for great in store service too 😊 thank you. Now just to see if the sofa goes up the stairs…

My wife was by herself when the sofas were delivered. The men could not have been more helpful and placed the sofas exactly were she wanted in the Livingroom.

Made to feel very welcome by Gavin. Allowed to browse freely without feeling like staff were at you. Store was cool and calming. Great choice of products and Gavin was extremely knowledgeable. Fiona was lovely and made us feel at ease and nothing was a bother.

Absolutely shocking waiting in on my delivery from 7:00am to 7:00pm not once not twice but this is the third time I’ve waited in all day and took another day off work with no sofa! I am self employed and I’ve lost three days wadges.. also my old sofa has been taken away so nothing to sit on why they can’t be honest about delivery is beyond me! Have no idea when or if my sofa will show up! No communication or contact do not order from SCS

The reception we received from all the team at Glasgow Fort was welcoming and friendly (from the heart). Fiona was especially attentive and sorted out everything for us. Could not have hoped for a better experience. Looking forward to the sofa arriving!!

The SCS sales team at Glasgow Forte went above and beyond helping me select my settee. They helped me set up the finance and even manager stayed late to get everything set up. My settee arrived today and the two delivery men were amazing as well. Well organised delivery with good tracking of their arrival time. Build up settee and made sure I was happy before they left nothing was a bother really pleased with SCS from start to finish.
