Nightmare to the start of our holiday
We broke down yesterday at 11am and weren't picked up until 7pm. We spent the night in our van at the garage. They looked at our van at 9am and said they couldn't fix it. We are now at the same garage waiting for someone to take us to another garage and it's 12.30. They've offered to find us a hotel but it could be days before the van is fixed. The fridge is full of stuff and we haven't got enough clothes now as we've already been travelling for 5 days. It's a nightmare! We are 74 years old and my husband has a disability which means he can't walk very far. This was meant to be the start of our holiday and campsites are already booked and paid for.

We also appreciate the additional impact this situation had because of your husband's mobility needs, your pre-booked campsites, and the practical issues surrounding your belongings and travel plans.
This is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Excellent motorhome insurance.
Very polite and helpful staff who are also UK based. When you phone there’s not much of a delay before a real person answers. Reinsured my motorhome with them after trying CAMC for two years. Unfortunately the club insurance increased substantially this year and Scenic saved me a fortune.
