I had a year of insurance with iGo4 ……
I had a year of insurance with iGo4 … did not claim any thing and the insurance doubled the following year. I had to go on the comparison website and found half the price quoted for renewal. Now I got an email asking yo pay £40. Good knows why? When I tried to ring there was no one to pick the phone for an hour and eventually, I had to cut the phone off.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Simple problem of lost keys has now gone into its third week and still no resolution. And now someone in your office has dug up an incident from four and a half years ago that I wasn’t responsible for just to be difficult. You are impossible to get through to and I’ve spent days getting bounced about different phone options loosing work hours and income to a great degree. Even the later issue was sent in a no response email and the so called direct line number had me shoved around eight different call handlers who couldn’t resolve the issue you wanted clarified, why someone couldn’t have just rang my number and asked will probably always remain a mystery!
