SCAMPAN...I purchased a professional grade non stick saute pan ($200+)
from ScanPan one month ago. On their website they claim that you can use metal utensils and bar keepers friend for cleaning and its a "safe" material to cook with . This is the primary reason I purchased it. While cleaning it I noticed a scratch on the pan. They scratch easily and the coating is very very thin.
This cant possibly be safe to cook with even though the customer service dept says that if you do get scratches, it still safe. I only used it twice. Used a large metal spoon to baste with. No aggressive stirring. Still got scratches. You can get the same quality product from numerous other companies without the huge price tag. This is misleading information about their product. ScamPan.

I bought a set of Scanpan CTX frypans 6 months ago, and the non stick property has already worn off. Absolutely everything sticks to the pan no matter what I cook. It is very disappointing considering how much I paid for them. What a waste of money!

I had a problem with a Scanpan roasting tin where the non-stick coating started to lift after about two-three years. After I had sent a couple of photos to Scanpan, they promptly replaced it. Customer service at its best.

Har købt en pande til julegave. Har selv en scanpan pande og andre ting, og de er fremragende.

Jeg bestilte et par ting til julen. Fik i første omgang ingen ordrebekræftelse. Ringede til kundeservice og fik hjælp. Der var problemer med min mail så der blev ringet tilbage til mig og det blev ordnet. Varerne kom hurtigt

Jeg blev mødt med imødekommenhed og opfordring til dialog med serviceafdelingen, efter en anmeldelse her på Trustpilot. Som forventede stoppede dialogen meget kort efter! Som mange andre købere af en Scanpan pande, blev jeg fortalt, at min ødelagte pande er selvforskyldt, da jeg ikke har opvarmet den gradvis!
Jeg var efterfølgende uforstående overfor, hvorfor mine andre 2 Scanpan pander ikke havde dette problem, på trods af, at de alle er håndteret ens! Der stoppede dialogen fra Skanpan.
Det er rigtig nemt at frasige sig alt ansvar og anklage køberne, i stedet for at erkende, at der indlysende ligger en produktionsfejl i nogle af jeres produkter.

Super tilfreds med mine produkter fra Scanpan! Jeg købte for et lille års tid siden to pander fra deres HaptIQ serie og er meget positiv over kvaliteten. Lækker pande til dagligdagen i høj kvalitet både på egenskaber og ikke mindst super rengøringsvenlig! Bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg køber produkter herfra - klart en anbefaling!

I bought a set of 3 chopping boards through Myer. The first time I used the smallest one it split while I was slicing a tomato. It took weeks to put through a warranty claim to have it replaced. Now the largest board has split. I have lost the will to live to put in another warranty claim but will take the time to warn others against this brand as I am so disgusted.

Belægningen på min scanpan bradepande startede med at boble op og nu falder den af i flager. Bevares den er over 5 år men min billige bradepande af andet fabrikat holder. Så det bliver ikke genvalg til den noget dyre scanpan.

A few years back I bought a Scanpan roasting pan through Sur La Table, and it was great. No issues with quality. It did exactly what it was supposed. Because of my good experience with the brand, I went out to buy their CTX 2-Piece Fry Pan Set (65202600-S), the larger of the two scratched. When I sent in a photo, they said it was normal wear and tear. It is less than a month old and no metal utensils were used. In addition, it was only hand washed. The amount of time it took to get a response was unreasonably long. In addition, there is no telephone customer support.

Prior to the scratch described above, I went ahead and ordered their CTX 12.5'' Fry Pan 12.5'' (65003203-S) along with the CTX 12.5'' Steel/Glass Lid (65903200). When I finally got around to opening the box (a month or so after arrival), I found the glass on the lid was smashed into tiny bits. The packing of their lids leaves something to be desired (a small bubble wrap sleeve). I have contacted the company, but due to the length of time since the package arrived and me opening it, I didn't think there will be a response. So, I decided to just purchase a steel lid which unless it comes dented, cannot arrive shattered. In all fairness with this issue, even though they have not responded in their own time-frame, perhaps they will.

There is another issue that I have: There are no cancellations and no return or exchanges.

I've spent a fortune on frying pans and lids, I do not believe their policies are fair, and their products are being advertised correctly. Would I recommend them to friends? You can decide for yourself what my answer would be.

2021.08.02 — customer service did get back to me, and no they won’t do anything regarding the smashed lid. Once again, spend your money elsewhere.

I received a set of the Scanpan CTX pans ( 8 and 10.25 inch) as a Xmas gift from my Mother who was proud to offer me what she thought was a high end product. The finish on the large pan did not last and customer service in Canada said that I did not wash them properly when I actually
treated them like family heirlooms. They suggested I scrub them down with Barkeepers friend product which I did but this only wears off the finish further. I am so disappointed and so is my Mother

Scanpan claims are dubious at best! Despite following all the tortuous instructions about usage and cleaning, (which does make you wonder, if they're that delicate are they going to last?), they have failed after a month. They can't cope with the simplest produce; i.e. sausages, tomatoes and when you consider we paid £150 for two, Scampan might be a better name for them! Avoid

Very nice pan. But its a disappointment the coating only lasted a year. Have used it 1-2 times a day and have taken good care of it. Still a nice pan, love the design and its a pleasure to cook in. If it only lasted longer I would buy a new. Will try another brand instead. Too expensive for a pan that lasts 1 year of daily use.

Fantastisk oplevelse oplevelse at handle hos Scanpan. De leverede to dage efter, at jeg havde bestilt. Bedre kan det ikke blive.

Glaslåget på en gryde har mistet en en møtrik og en skive, Scanpan siger at det er ens eget problem.
(Håber at jeg ikke har slugt skiven og møtrikken.)
De vil ikke hjælpe med at skaffe en ny møtrik og og en ny skive, jeg skal selv prøve at finde i et byggemarked eller købe et nyt låg.
