We recently had the wonderful fortune of dealing with Melanie Rochester from SBS. All we can say is thank you so very much to Melanie and the team at SBS Insurance (claim # 905200) who have replaced the diamond that had somehow come out of my wife's engagement ring and returned her ring looking brand new, the smile on my wifes face as she said I will/do again was precious. From the outset she fully explained the procedure that would be followed from start to finish and guided/supported us through each stage. She was prompt, professional, efficient but always personable throughout and it was such a refreshing experience to be able to deal with Vicki and Vicki alone throughout the entire process. No need to repeatedly supply the same information to a succession of different individual representatives! My wife received her ring and associated documentation exactly when Vicki said she would and she is extremley pleased with the replacement stone and the work carried out by the SBS workshop.

Claim 903618 for my 96 year old neighbor ,who fell over and damaged his TV, I contacted his insurance company who put me in contact with sbs insurance, where I spoke to George Riley, who after confirming that I could pursue the claim,quickly and professionally sorted it out, with an offer of a replacement TV or cash settlement,my neighbor Fred was very happy with this, excellent service from a competent company.

Dealt with a lady called Amy who had my claim wrapped up in one hour from receiving an email, sending evidence and having an outcome as a positive decision in a very speedy response

all i can say is thank you! melanie was great, easy to deal with, i was honestly expecting to be told i was not covered and expected to lose my claim, i was wrong! for once it was plain sailing, i wasnt treated like a criminal, it was seamless, voucher within a few days, watch ordered , whole process about 2 weeks! thank you!

Our call handler, Fatima Nessa, was so understanding following the burglary at our house - our reference number was 907970 for stolen jewellery. She went through the whole procedure and explained it thoroughly. We submitted our claim on Monday afternoon, following which she asked for any supporting photographic evidence. Tuesday afternoon we received a settlement offer, which we have accepted. Excellent service with compassion.
