I was looking for 220 volts appliances and Multisystem Tv for overseas use.
I search the whole online site and found samstores had the best price and tech knoweldge.They also helped me installing my brand new 55" Samsung led tv.

Poor Customer Service, steals money
Received defective product. Sent them email asking for assistance resolving the issues with the unit, no response. It appears they modify the unit which voids the warranty. Sent email to the manufacture to see if they could help resolve the issues. They stated the unit needed service. Contacted samstores about an RMA, no response. Called them and requested an RMA. Sent the unit back and UPS tracking shows they received it over 2 weeks ago, but they have not refunded my money. Tried to contact them several times about my refund, but no response. Sent email through paypal, they responded that one of the issues mentioned was "working fine" they did not address any other issues. Appears they plan to steal my money. Have opened dispute with credit card company. Even when they send you a defective product, you have to pay shipping costs both ways. I have not had any luck getting them to reply to direct emails.

Poor service - Never responds - Do not loos e your time and money
Last year I bought for approx $500 worth of merchandise at samstores.com.
All the items arrived in a timely manner but one that took me numerous phone calls and nearlly one month to finally be shipped.
Note that after each call I was promised that this item was ready to be shipped and awaiting pickup from the chosen delivery service...
When it arrived the item worked within specification despite a strong smell of burning.
One month ago, just before the 1 year promised warranty expired this item died. I tried contacting the store by email never got an answer.
My advice: Do not loose your time with them, get your stuff from anywhere else. I got another one for $20 more but with free shipping from another dealer. It was at my door in 4 days and is working like a charm!
