Don’t even think about dealing with them! They’re lying, untrustworthy, rude and always late. And they pretend to be right. Their products often don’t work properly and their policy is made only to protect them self and to allow them to cheat you.
I ordered a cell phone that was supposed to be unlocked and I got a locked one. After a few calls they told me to send it back, assuring me that they would send me a new one and they would refund me also for the shipping charges. I sent it back. I got the new phone and it didn’t work properly. I called them again and they told me to send it back again, assuring me that they would refund me both for the phone and for all the shipping charges. I’ve never been refunded! And I was really in a hurry because I was leaving the country, I called them many times and they always promised me to be on time, but they never were. I almost missed a flight because of their delay. And I’ve never been refunded for the time I lost with them and for the dozens of calls I had to make.
For a few months they kept assuring me that I would have been refunded for all the expenses and the phone (it wasn’t my fault at all that I got 2 broken phones). Only 3 months later I finally spoke with Peter, the worst guy there. He was really rude and he accused me to lye. Unfortunately all the promises I got from them were made at the phone, I don’t have anything written down. They’re so good in such kind of things! They know how to cheat you avoiding the law!
At the very end I got a GPS navigator from them because they didn’t want to give me my money back, even if they promised me to do that before I ordered the first phone (otherwise I wouldn’t ever bought the phone, and they knew that). But they didn’t refund me for the shipping charges (to get the phones and the GPS, and to send them back), even if their products were bad working so it was their fault and not mine.
I lived in the US for 3 years and I bought a lot of stuff. I had terrific experiences with everyone I dealt with, except the Samstores guys. They represent the worst American experience I had! I strongly hope that everybody shall avoid to buy anything more from them, so they will not have the chance to cheat someone else like they did with me.

i order 2 35 inch led multisystem TVs from these guys and i just love them! i went on vacation to France and the TVs worked perfectly. The customer service was extremely helpful too. If anyone is looking for 220v items or multisystem TVs. You guys need to buy from this store!

"IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT NO ONE DOES ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. We dealt with the World Wide Voltage web site which is supposed to be a subsidiary of Sam Stores (which is actually Sam Electronics, Inc.)

We ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 from this store because we could reach a real person "Dinash." The product was approximately $70 more than the competition, however, sine we could reach a person and get our questions answered we ordered from them. We have ordered many unlocked GSM communications devices and they have always worked right out of the box with our SIM cards. Keep in mind that the Sam Stores' (listed as Sam Electronics, Inc.) local Better Business Bureau (BBB) has them listed with an A+ rating -- evidently those complaining on this site have not taken the opportunity to report this to the Chicago area Better Business Bureau.

Dinash clearly stated that we could use our existing T-mobile SIM card in the unit.

When we receive the unit and carefully followed all of the instructions having charged the battery as instructed, found that the unit was not connecting to T-mobile. AFter four hours on the lines with T-mobile technical support, T-mobile ascertained that the unit would not connect to their network and referred us to the manufacturer, Samsung. The manufacturer could not locate the country of destination for the product (that they derive from the units serial number) to direct us to the correct support organization for this specfic unit.

We contacted Sam Store for help, however, during a continuing run around offered us a couple of pieces of advice for things that we had already tried and were already proven unhelpful for resolving the T=mobile connection problem.

The RMA link was non-existant on the World Wide Voltage site so that we used the one from the Sam Stores web site. They would never issue an RMA number, so we have returned the unit with the last 4 digits of the invoice. It cost us $47 to ship back the unit.

We have filed a complaint with their local BBB.

Their response is as random as their business outlook: citing that we are not located in the US (even though the product was shipped to a US address) and other arm waving to avoid coming to a resolution to make the transaction right and accept a defective returned unit for refund."

My Brother gave me there information. 3 years back he bought lots of 240 volts appliances from them, when he moved to Africa.
We did some market research and got to know they had the best price. We placed the order and got the email confirmation within 1 hour and all our Shipment came within 5 days.Also there tech knowledge about the products was amazing.

I bought a 220 Volts Garmernt Steamer and Hair Dryer. Their products are really great. I never knew that online shopping is so easy and reliable. I trust the brand and am really HAPPY with the service and products. The prices are pretty affordable too.

i bought an unlocked phone from Samstores. The phone wouldn't connect to the web, take photos, even send text messages. When I called the non English speaking tech, he informed me to contact the website he will give me to find out how to fix the phone! He explained that once I could actually make a voice call, that proved that the phone was fine.
They are foreigners who buy garbage and sell it as new products.
If you buy anything from them you are going to be cheated!

This is a horrible website. Don't buy from them. The phone I received was open and had finger prints all over it. You could clearly tell it was used or refurbished. I contacted them and they do not allow RETURNS. Don't buy. Buy from a true, legit site.

I was not sure. But my friend recomended them. He lives in Chicago. and has been there for washer dryer pick up.I ordered same model and got everything as mentioned on time. Also there was No sales Tax.

I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR A QUANTITY OF 6 TRANSFORMERS OF 8000 WATTS. I WAS WORRIED THAT I MIGHT NOT RECEIVE THEM IN TIME SO I WANTED TO EXPEDITE MY SHIPMENT. WHEN I CALCULATED THE TOTAL COST ON THE SHIPPING THEN I FOUND OUT THAT JUST TO SHIP ONE PIECE WOULD COST ME THE SAME PRICE OF THE TRANSFORMER. I IMMD. CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SEE IF THE SHIPPING CAN BE A LITTLE LESS THAN WHAT IT WAS. I SPOKE A GENTLEMEN BY THE NAME OF BENNY AND HE ADVISED ME TO SHIP THEM GROUND INSTEAD OF 3RD DAY BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HIM I WOULD RECEIVE IN THE TIME FRAME THAT I WANTED. AT FIRST I WAS A BIT SCARED BECAUSE I REALLY WANTED THEM ON TIME BUT BENNY WAS VERY CONFIDENT ABOUT THE TRANSIT TIME FOR THE SHIPPING. SO WE WENT AHEAD WITH THE GROUND SHIPPING INSTEAD OF 3RD DAY. THE ORDER WAS PLACED IN THE MORNING AND I HAD 6 TRACKING NUMBER IN MY EMAIL BY THE EVENING. I TRACKED THEM ALL AND GUESS WHAT? BENNY WAS RIGHT, I DID RECEIVE THEM IN TEXAS WITHIN 3 DAYS. THANK YOU SO MUCH SAMSTORES. THE TRANSFORMERS ARE NOW BEING USED FOR A GREAT CAUSE AND I WILL BE BACK TO BUY MORE FROM THEM. ONCE AGAIN THAN YOU SO MUCH SAMSTORES.

I also ordered from this company. I found the specific product on their website that I wanted in stock. I received a call stating that the item was not available, and they could send me a similar item for around the same price. I agreed over the phone. I received a product that was not for use in the United States despite being told it was "Universal." I called for weeks trying to request a refund or exchange. I got nowhere. After several attempts, I finally got someone to send me an RMA form to fax back. I immediately faxed it back hoping to get an RMA number assigned. I never heard back. I called after a week and was told they never received my fax. I faxed it again. No word back. I called a few days later and was told that they would not refund. No problem, I'll take an exchange. Refused. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After a few more phone calls to them, I was finally told that I was approved for an exchange. I spoke with someone named Santu that told me that he was looking for a similar product to exchange with. He told me to call him the next day. I tried to call him every day for a week. He was unavailable every time, and never returned my call. I finally spoke with Peter, the manager. He berated me over the phone. His hostile, angry call was not acceptable. He also told me that he would try to find a comparable model to exchange for me. That was two weeks ago. I still have not heard back from him. Their argument is that this is beyond their 30-day return policy. It's only taken that long because I've had to call them on several occasions for several weeks to get anywhere. They've avoided handling this problem. They won't return my calls. I originally placed this order 5 months ago. I have a useless product sitting in the original box doing me no good.

They are not to be trusted. I have bought my item from more than 2 weeks and they are still holding the order stating that they are out of stock, but keep in the site and allowing people to purchase the "out-of-stock" merchandise

My expeirence left me shaking, the one thing you can count on from this company, is that everything they tell you is a lie.
Do yourself a favor, buy from a reputable business, you will save yourself a lot of headaches and it will be worth every penny.

The item I received is not the item I ordered and arrived much later than the date they said it would.
