I sent emails starting August 15, 2026, regarding issues with my profile—but what was actually done? How was I helped? Nothing—absolutely nothing was done. There was no response to my problem, no willingness to help, and just a single suggestion: log out, change my password, and everything would be fine. And the result? Nothing. No one at the company took me seriously; it felt like a slap in the face. I do not recommend this company, and I certainly wouldn't recommend their customer service—they are incompetent, fail to grasp the scale of the problem, show no willingness to help, and are impossible to get in touch with. An experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Was so easy to set up and get approved, the APR was a little higher than I’d like but the fact it will come straight from my salary means I won’t miss anything so for convenience it makes sense.

And when you need a little money cover for an emergency or unexpected bill you can take from your next month’s wages just to cover you until you then get paid. Customer service is always a great help, always have the answers and know how to support you when asked. Payment doesn’t take long to go into your bank which is great if you need it now and there.

I really enjoy using this app. The option is great, totall in control with your £ i recommend to anyone to use it. I know direct debits due. Boom your money comes in early as possible. Never tension. Always on time happy service

Very good and can be used for lots of things. Borrowing and a salary advance. It only takes a few seconds to do and you money is normally with you within 3 mins! I have used it for when something has happened like the car breaking or washing machine but have already used my pay check so instead of waiting for my next this lets you take some out early at a very small cost of £1.50 east and great to use top marks
