Don’t book via this company, and just pay a bit more money and book via a better provider. Phones are not always answered. Meet up information is not good enough. Drivers are late. There’s not enough parking spaces available in the area for drop off as it’s not in the designated meet and greet area. You still have to pay a ticket for drop off and then again at exit so add £26 to the cost of your booking. They say it takes 30 mins from calling them to bringing back your car but it was 45-50mins. They switched off my cars sentry system so no cameras on within the car whilst it was parked in their care.

If I could give zero stars then I would. I called them 30 minutes before I arrived (as requested) and they took an additional
HOUR to collect my vehicle, meaning I almost missed my flight.

On the way back, I called immediately on landing and was told the wait time would be 45 minutes (despite their website claiming maximum 30 minutes) because “there were 8 people ahead of me”.
They had my anticipated arrival time so this is clearly just bad planning on their part with resources. Ended up taking an hour for them to get to me. Never again.

The company is totally untrustworthy I do not recommended at all. You shout keep yourself far away from them. I am really warning you about that company. I left my car with them for six days and they been using my car do do their business, imagine they have been drove my car when I’ve been away. Unlucky I received the parking ticket from the airport while I’ve been abroad and don’t even answer my phone call. Disappointed. NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This company is a total scam!!!!! 🚨🚨🚨 Please be careful with your car 🚨🚨🚨🚨. Firstly, you have to add £26 to the booking price, but you won't find out until you've paid for the entire booking. It's £13 to drop off, plus £13 to pick up, because they take your car about 10-15 minutes outside the Stansted Airport Carpark (be aware that your car will be driven by uninsured people on local roads). This car park is on the outskirts of the airport; it's unclear whether it's secure or where it is. You also give them your car keys for the entire booking, but you won't find out until after you've paid for the entire booking. Secondly, communication!!!! You only have one mobile number listed, supposedly for the control room, and none of them take any responsibility for your car. If something happens while driving or parking, or if there's a quality issue, they don't answer the phone at all; it just goes straight to voicemail. I gave them a working car, but after returning to the airport, where they'd had my car for four days, they told me the battery was dead and I had to wait until they could arrange help. I waited 90 minutes to pick up my car. An older gentleman arrived, complained that it was my fault, and then threw me the keys and a 13-pound ticket to leave the parking lot. As a goodbye, he just told me, "F... you." This company is some kind of Arab-Indian scam. Zero professionalism, communication is a joke, driving your car without insurance, rude and vulgar employees, it's unclear if they even have a driver's license or ID, and they don't wear company clothing. Please be careful with your car, because this company is a complete scam. Such companies should not provide airport parking services.

Used Safe Meet & Greet Limited via CompareYourParking and had a very concerning experience.

I handed my vehicle over at London Stansted Airport on 9 April for off-site storage, with collection on 16 April.

However, I have since received a parking charge dated 15 April showing my vehicle being driven into a restricted/drop-off zone at the airport, while I was outside the UK and the car was supposed to be in their secure off-site facility.

There is no reasonable explanation for why my vehicle would be back at the airport the day before my return, especially in a chargeable restricted area. They're clearly using our cars for other means, such as dropping off other clients.

This raises serious concerns about how vehicles are handled while in their care.

I have contacted the company and expect them to take full responsibility for the charge, as the vehicle was under their control at the time.

Would strongly advise others to be cautious and to ensure they understand exactly how and where their vehicle will be used while in the custody of this provider.

Can't recommend having any business with this company at all. They don't keep their pricing up to date with stansted's parking prices (on the site it was £10 where it was actually £13). When I picked up the car I was shocked to find it in a horrible state with one side completely covered in bird poo, worst of all the driver didn't even bother to answer when asked with what happened he told us to make a complaint and simply left. After making the complaint we were completely ignored and left to pay the price for their mistake. It's much better to pay the extra price and have piece of mind than deal with this.

At drop off, I paid for 30 mins parking and handed the ticket to the driver.

I have just received a penalty notice from NSL who run the car park showing that the driver did not leave the car park for another 75 minutes .

I have twice been promised a call back from the manager but have received no call. My calls to the company are now being cut off.

I will never use these useless people again.

Sneakily in addition to there already expensive prices I had to pay £20 each time to get my car out of the Stansted short stay car park. This hidden cost was hidden in the small print so keep an eye out.

Additional on my return I had to wait 40 mins in the cold for my car to be brought to me. Meet and greet is meant to be convenient this is anything but.

Finally my car was brought to me covered in mud, it was clearly left a field.

Any of the standard park and rides would have been cheaper and more convenient.

So if I had read the reviews I would have cancelled. However they were on time and I had my car back in about 20 mins. Would I do it again...no I think I'd get the bus. It made me anxious that you dont know who you are handing your keys too. I know there was more than 2 people in it as there were muddy footprints in the back and it was filthy. I just think I personally feel better in the mid stay and getting the bus and keeping my keys. I have reported them to trading standards and would encourage others to do the same. We need to get them shut down

This company is fraud. Please stay away. Absolutely ridiculous people.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this private parking company and would strongly advise others to avoid them.
They didn't take our car back from Orange car park bay at Stansted airport. Hence we had to pay £320 for the parking charges for 5 days and getting the key from them was horrible. We had to wait there for 6 hours with our 5 year old child.

They won't answer to the call when come to collect the car. Also, they have a hidden charge of £13 in each way in and out which they don't disclose the rime of booking.

Police won't do anything about this , so including myself and few others also waiting for their car on the same day for hours called the police and they couldn't help us at all.

Overall, this experience was stressful, overpriced, and completely unprofessional. I would not use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable airport parking.

Dropping our car off was fine, collecting our car was a different ball game . Waited 30 minutes and no sign of our car, called them and no answer. Finally got through calling from a different number 10 mins later to find the car had been dropped off in a different area 25 minutes prior without informing us. We had 5 mins to pay the parking without a further charge for the stay. They have hidden fees of £13 each way they don’t tell you about before you book. Awful company avoid at all costs.

Absolute disgrace how we were treated no one was answering phone on return at 7pm then found we had to make our own way to car storage when we arrived it was carnage with loads of other people arriving demanding there cars ...was told they would get our car but 3hrs later it transpired they could not locate key or car!!!!we then found car was still at airport so was not even moved which we gave the driver £13 for exit fee 😒 so had to make out own way home in taxi costing £240 absolute cowboys and scam do not use these as illegally working from Stansted

I almost never write reviews but I cannot stress how much everyone should avoid this service. They are an utter disgrace and, quite frankly, crooks and frauds.

I left my car with them for 5 days. The drop off procedure was OK - as instructed I called half an hour ahead of arriving and was met by one of their drivers on time. I paid the hourly short stay fee and handed the keys over.

When I landed, I again followed the procedure and called after getting though security. Their employee told me my car would be with me in 50 minutes - their T and Cs say 30 minutes. As it happened, my car arrived an hour and a half later. Each time I called to ask where it was, the employee became increasingly rude and repeatedly said it would come in 10-15 minutes. It eventually came an hour later than the T and Cs said and 40 minutes later than he initially said. When it did arrive, there was no apology for the lateness - the driver simply handed me the parking ticket that I now needed to pay for without any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I told him the service had been totally unacceptable.

However, this wasn't even my biggest issue with them. If the above is simply an example of poor service, I'd go so far as to say this company are frauds.

A day into my trip, I received a number of missed calls from them and a message telling me I should urgently call them back. I did, and they told me that over a day after dropping it off my car was still in the short stay car park where I had left it as my MOT had expired. They were unable to drive it, but for £315 a local garage could recover it and perform an MOT before dropping the car off at their parking spaces. Reluctantly I agreed to do this as the alternative would have been to leave the car in the short stay all week and accumulate enormous parking fees - over £900 they said.

While forgetting the date of my MOT expiry is obviously entirely on me, my attempts afterwards to keep updated on how the MOT had gone were ignored both in terms of calls and on whatsapp. When I returned from my trip, I was able to check things more thoroughly. No MOT was carried out, and the app I use for my insurance was able to tell me that my car actually was driven out of the car park immediately after I initially dropped it off. It was not still in the short stay car park accumulating huge fees as they claimed. Instead, it was already in their car park by the time they began trying to contact me about the MOT issue. My attempts to call and WhatsApp them for an explanation of what has gone on have all been completely ignored.

So while I again acknowledge it was entirely my fault for forgetting my MOT expiry date and leaving myself open to this sort of thing, my message is that these people are dishonest, liars and frauds. Do not have any dealings with them as they frankly deserve to go bust

Terrible service, complete con, firstly didn’t say you have to pay so the car can leave the airport drop of point, and on return refused to bring the vehicle back to the airport, telling us to get a taxi to collect our car from there parking site ! They promised to refund the cost of taxi and now will not ! Avoid at all cost !!

If I could give minus stars I would. So many additional charges. Keys left on the back wheel of a public car park ! Customer service SO unhelpful when calling to compain. AVOID AT ALL COST

Company was late to collect our car when we arrived. We were told to park in Row H of orange short stay at Stansted airport. There were no parking spaces anywhere. On returning to the UK we waited an hour and a half then spoke to the company. We asked if we could go to their compound to collect the car. They agreed. We took a taxi for a ten minute ride to the compound. It is no wonder there are so many complaints about damage. Several cars were parked so close together that they were touching each other. Our car was also damaged on the rear side. Meet and Greet services should be quick and convenient. This is so far away from that. An apalling service. Stay away from Swift Meet and Greet and Safe Meet and Greet at Stansted Airport.

Departure: At approx. 4.30am I called the number supplied, which was 30 minutes before my arrival. I parked my car at 5am at Row H Stanstead Orange short stay carpark as per instructions. I met the guy and I gave him my car key and the car park ticket which I had paid £13 for. I then continued to my flight.

Arrival: My son called the number supplied on touchdown at approx.10.30pm as we had no bags and would be out of the terminal in approx. 20 mins. He was told we would need to pick the car up from a post code CM24 8UQ as there were no drivers. I called and asked for a more detailed address but all he had was the post code.
We took a taxi to the post code which cost a further £18 and were greeted with a scene of utter mayhem. There were people everywhere looking for their cars, men, women and families all stranded in the middle of nowhere. There was a blue container/office where keys were strewn all over the place, we went into the office and were lucky enough to find our car key there but couldn't find the car.
Luckily, a guy from the company was trying to help people and he told us our car was at the airport where we left it.
We managed to get in a taxi (another £20)who had just dropped someone off to take us from CM24 8UQ back to the Orange car park where we found our car in the same place we left it.
We drove to the barrier to leave where we were told we had to pay a further £57 get out, which we had to pay.
Along with the above costs and the £38.48 I originally paid online the total is £146.48 I am out of pocket.

Please do not use this company. We were lucky to find our keys and that our car was there.

This is not a legitimate "Meet & Greet" service; it is a rogue operation using predatory tactics to extort money from travelers.

I booked a service for Stansted Airport from 7th–9th April. Upon return, they claimed my car had incurred "extra charges" and demanded payment. When I asked for a receipt and proof of these charges, they completely stopped answering my calls, essentially holding my vehicle hostage and refusing to communicate.

I have requested ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) logs from Stansted Airport, as I do not believe my vehicle ever left the airport car park or was stored securely as promised. This company relies on people being tired after a flight and just paying the "cash" or "hidden fees" to get their keys back.

ADVICE TO ALL VICTIMS:

DO NOT PAY: If you haven't paid the extra fees, don't.

CONTACT YOUR BANK: Initiate a Chargeback (Debit) or Section 75 Claim (Credit) for "Misrepresentation" and "Services Not Rendered." Tell them the company is demanding undisclosed fees and has ghosted you.

REPORT TO ACTION FRAUD: Call 0300 123 2040 or report online. Use the term "Aggressive Commercial Practices."

CONTACT STANSTED AIRPORT: Email their customer service and request your vehicle's entry/exit logs. This is your "smoking gun" evidence for your bank.

TRADING STANDARDS: Report them via Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133).

We booked and paid for a meet and greet service, expecting our vehicle to be returned to us at the airport. Instead, we were instructed to take a taxi to an off-site location to collect our car, which is not the service advertised or agreed at the time of booking.

On arrival, there were multiple customers present, a lack of organisation, and police in attendance. Customers had been waiting for extended periods, and there was no clear system for locating vehicles or keys.

We were informed at the scene that some vehicles could not be accounted for and that cars “could be anywhere,” including potentially off-site. This was extremely concerning.

During this process we observed:
• Disorganised handling of keys and vehicle returns
• Customers unable to locate their vehicles
• Reports that drivers may not have been insured to drive customer vehicles
• Vehicles being driven in a manner inconsistent with reasonable care
• Our dashcam had been disconnected without explanation

Our vehicle was eventually returned, however items inside had been moved, including a child’s car seat which had been displaced.

This experience raises serious concerns regarding vehicle security, duty of care, and whether the service is being delivered in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and as described).

Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to exercise caution before using this service.
