Absolutely dreadful. Worst experience ever - told over a 2 hour wait to get my car delivered back…so I ended up paying £29 in an uber to go and collect my car. Really terrible experience. No meet and greet aspects to it at all. Do not book with them!

It’s not even worth one star. Dirty scrubby men pick your car up and take it god knows where. They don’t speak a word of English and struggle to answer the phone. We was waiting 20 mins to drop the car off an hour plus to pick the car up. Had I read the reviews I would not of booked. Absolutely disgusting people and disgusting company who want to take your money and not offer a decent service.

Please do not book this company, worst experience ever. Despite following instructions to inform them after baggage collection had to wait for an hour to get the car back.

Do not use these people at any cost. They just dump your car back in the carpark with the keys on the tyre and don’t tell you , lucky we could track where our car was but some people were waiting hours not knowing where there car was

Scam company. Booked parking with them for London Stansted. Called 30 mins before as asked and after 15+ calls nobody answered. Had to rebook parking with the Stansted Mid stay so my partner didn’t miss his flight. Will be referring them to the financial ombudsman to get a refund as they have failed to reply to my email requesting one. Don’t book.

Do not use this company, late when arriving at the airport and even later when collecting. Not a scam but but the worst service ever.

I have received a parking fine as they didnt swipe the exit ticket. They are refusing to send me the fee and will not answer my emails. APPALLING

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish.

I handed my vehicle to Safe Meet and Greet in good faith while travelling abroad from London Stansted Airport, expecting a professional, trustworthy service. Instead, I have returned home to a Parking Charge Notice relating to my vehicle being parked in contravention on airport land while the car was entirely under THEIR control.

Let that sink in: I was out of the country. They had my keys, my vehicle, and complete responsibility for it — yet somehow I am the one now dealing with parking enforcement notices, administrative hassle, stress, and potential financial consequences because of the way they operated my vehicle.

This completely defeats the entire purpose of paying for a supposedly “safe” meet and greet service. Customers use these companies for convenience, professionalism, and peace of mind. What I received was the exact opposite.

The most concerning part is the complete lack of accountability. There appears to be little regard for the position this puts customers in. When you entrust somebody with one of your most valuable possessions, you expect lawful, competent, and responsible handling — not behaviour that results in penalty notices being issued against your registration.

The experience has left me questioning:

Where exactly vehicles are being taken
How they are being parked and managed
Whether customer vehicles are genuinely being handled professionally at all

No customer should return from a trip abroad to find themselves dragged into disputes over conduct they had absolutely no involvement in.

There are countless airport parking operators available. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend choosing literally any other option before trusting this company with your vehicle.

Nowhere on booking did it say I had to pay to drop the car off and again when I collected it.

Would be cheaper and better to just park at Stansted Orange carpark

Then got a parking fine of £100 because these jokers appear to have used my car 8 hours after I dropped it off to them and 10 hours before they delivered it back to me

Do yourself a favour and park somewhere else or just use the Orange Short stay car park

Got home today to a letter from stansted airport, a parking notice, so whilst I was on holiday this company used my car and incurred a PCN...

Have appealed will wait to see outcome

Shambolic company, how do companies get away with operating like this. No customer service after the event in trying to deal with my complaint. I called as soon as i landed and waited 2hr 20 minutes until my car arrived, with three young children (one with additional needs). No body answered the phone to provide an update or explain why there was a delay. There was no good reason other than they simply do not have the drivers to deal with the demand. Can't fault the actual drivers themselves as they ended up resolving the situation for me. The Company treats its paying customers disgustingly. Please DO NOT book with this company!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE. unprofessional, scruffy and debateable if the car had been used. Given we'd driven to the airport and the tank was full on collection.

The day after picking up the car very late the exhaust is making lots of noise.

It was a very poor experience. I will never book Meet And Greet again.
Waited 45min to meet up to leave the car then 55min on return late at night when tired.

The flight had been delayed 2 hours and I sent two emails, no response.

On my return I rang for the car and the man in the phone was very rude saying we were delayed so they can be delayed dropping the car off.

He said it would be an hour. They advertise 30min.

Very bad experience as everyone said and I wish I had read the reviews before booking. They pick up your car and abandon you and take long time to deliver your car again. Very unprofessional service and rude employees.

DO NOT USE THESE, I used them at Heathrow Airport, I booked park and ride but that service does not exist. They kerbed my car and scratched the front and I came home to a massive puncture, undriveable, needing new Tyre and Alloy. Once car was recovered, I had to get a UBER home. I cannot get hold of anyone to discuss the damage caused to my car. We saw the car park, it was a dumping ground, it was disgusting and dirty. We saw them drive the cars out of car park like racing drivers. DO NOT USE.

Another bad review to add the many here. They Quoted 45 mins from dropoff risking missing the flight and then and an hour from landing. Rude on calls and then refusing to answer. Website is down too. Dodgy - do not use.

Stay away from that SCAM.Parking fine from Stanstead while I was away.Customer service absolute rubbish.

DONT EVER USE 'Safe Meet and Greet at Stanstead'airport. Not only were they 1.5 hours late delivering our car but it actually looks like they left our car in the Short Stay for three days. Then they tailgated out of the car park 4 hours before we arrived back and still 1.5 hours late to return car. We received a parking PCN ticket for £60 PCN parking ticket. I have just paid this as legal owner of the car. Have complained to Stanstead and Compare Your Parking. DONT USE THEM. FRAUDSTERS. You could tell when the guy at original drop off had no ID and no Company ID and didn't know the name of the guy I called 30 mins to drop off. BEWARE. Who knows where your car is going and being used for?

Had to call 40 times on the way to Stansted before anyone picked up the phone. Very stressful and made us late. Terrible customer service will not use again.

Terrible company. They used my car while I was away on holiday and got a parking ticket from Stanstead. Even worse the tail gated through the barrier to avoid paying.
Bad service on pick up. No one answers the phones. Big delay returning the car.
