Avoid this company at all costs.
I dropped my car off at 10:15am and paid for parking as required. When I returned to collect it, they kept me waiting for around 30 minutes before handing it back.
The real issue came a week later.
I received a parking fine through the post showing that my vehicle did not leave the **London Stansted Airport parking area until 21:45 — over 11 hours after I had dropped the car off.
This clearly shows my vehicle was left inside the airport parking area for most of the day by the company.
I have emailed them about this and received no response.
As a result, I’m now dealing with a parking fine for something that happened while the car was in their possession.
Extremely poor service, no accountability, and now additional hassle and cost for me. I strongly advise others to avoid using them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. If I could give no stars I would.

This company were not helpful when dropping our car off and then told we had to wait for 4 hours for our car on return.

They rude and obnoxious. They stole my husbands sunglasses from our car and on collection they dropped the car without letting us know it was there and left out key on the tyre of the front drivers side wheel.

They have ignored all our emails and calls in trying to get an outcome of our claim and our sunglasses back.

This company should be closed down

Drop off was fine but no checks or receipt, this should have been a warning to us.

Collection today was the nightmare everyone else has experienced, as like many others it resulted in my husband along with a number of other men getting an Uber direct to the dodgy yard the cars were kept to collect the vehicles themselves otherwise god knows how long we would have been waiting with our children.

The yard coordinates are 51.890152,0.227781, we were lucky another abandoned car owner had a tracker on their car otherwise I don’t know what we would have done.

Whilst my husband went to collect our car from the ‘yard’ a driver turned up and dumped a BMW on double yellow lines on the road in the car park (orange row H) and just walked off, 10 minutes later a lady arrived, she had no idea her car had been returned, it was just sat there with the key in the ignition. You couldn’t make it up.

We took photos of two of the scammers and will be reporting, we also warned a couple of people that were dropping their cars off in the hope they may park elsewhere.

Airport police weren’t interested, the actual police were also not interested…a civil matter apparently. Disgusting these people are able to operate! Disgusting that the police also can’t help, getting taxis to an unknown yard is very risky.

AVOID LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER AVOIDED ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE EVER BEFORE!!!!! We arrived at Stansted this morning at 00:30. 2 adults and 3 young children. Called the number we were asked to call at 01:01 and were told our car would be dropped off after 1 hour as they were very busy. We were disappointed at that because they advertise and confirm by email when booking that all cars are dropped off within 30 mins of calling them.

99 calls later (yes 99!) and excuse after excuse after excuse, they finally delivered our car back to us at 05:11 this morning. We had to wait 4 HOURS and 10 MINUTES to get our car back! Excuses ranged from 'we lost your keys', 'we have no drivers', 'the morning drivers don't start their shift until 03:30', we are only a call centre we don't handle the drivers', 'there is a queue of cars before you', to 'we can't find your car' etc.

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!!!!!

To expect a family with young children to wait 4hrs and 10mins after a 6 hour flight, customs, passport control etc., is an utter disgrace. Please don't give this company your money, you will be very very upset with the quality of their service!!

We met at least a dozen other families / couples who had also been waiting over 3 hours for their cars to be dropped off at the airport terminal.

I am now contacting Trading standards to report this company. I have also started a credit card clawback in an attempt to recover the money I originally paid to them.

This is not meet and greet its arrive and abandon then wait at least an hour for your car to be returned to airport.
customer service non existent plus hidden charges to park at the drop off point on arrival and collection £13 a time,the so called meet and greet rep could barley speak English . Not recommended

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They lie about the price and pick up/drop off times of 30 minutes. You need to pay an entrance and depart ticket fee that is an extra £26 (£13.00 each way) but nowhere on the website does it mention this. We called them to say we were 30 minutes away as requested on arrival , however on arrival nobody was there to meet us. We waited almost 40 minutes with numerous phone calls, they do not speak fluent English either so very difficult to understand. We ended up being late checking in for our flight due to their lies and negligence. On our return we called them as instructed and was told our car would be 40 minutes (on the website it says 30 ) more lies. We actually waited over an hour for our car and made 5 phone calls chasing them. Again the guy was very rude and sounded half asleep with very little English vocabulary. We were told to meet in the orange car park section A but our car was actually left in section H with hazard lights flashing on a double yellow line and the key in ignition?? we only found the car because we started searching for it ourselves. Its disgraceful that the search engine airport parking deals is promoting these illegal meet and greet companies. Avoid this company, safe meet and greet and do not use airport parking deals to search for car parking prices either, avoid both at all costs - I honestly believe they are illegal companies operating at Stansted.

Do not book with this people what an rip off hardly meet and greet absolutely disgusting service more than 2 hours wait not advertise to what they say we called as soon as landed and waited in cold with young child for 2 hours. I wish I had read reviews. Absolutely Disgusting I wish I had paid the extra money to do reliable company how are these people even advertised.

Absolutely diabolical!! We rang as requested 30 mins before our arrival, but no one there apart from a queue of other people waiting!! 30 minutes later they arrived, no uniform, no paperwork, no signature, no return paperwork then asked for another £10 for parking! On collection we rang the number and were told it would be 45mins wait to get our car ! And another £8 parking fee ,later we head home finally, I know I probably should have checked my car for anything that could be stolen, but half a bottle of Dior addict was taken out of my car, and it clearly had been searched for anything of value!!!! I’ve used meet and greet companies for 14years probably 6 times a year , and these are the absolute worst I’ve ever come across, I’ve never had any problems before, but these are definitely to be avoided.

Absolutely appalling service. AVOID! For a meet and greet service we waited for the car for over an hour in the freezing cold. . The car was filthy inside and out and none of the drivers were identifiable - just in tracksuits. Keys handed back over to us without even checking the car was ours. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND!

Terrible service used twice both times called 30 mins in advance as requested. Both times have stood waiting 45 mins for the car to be dropped off. Never again.

Absolutely rubbish service - I have been trying to speak to a manager for 2 days and have literally just been told he is on holiday in Pakistan and has been for the last week. There is NO-ONE there to deal with an important issue that has arisen due to incompetence on the part of their staff. All they seem able to do is answer the phone and send a driver out - there is NO management or customer service or consideration. I am seething at the lack of availability of anyone to speak to intelligently.

First of all you have to add extra fees to your booking for arriving and leaving the carpark. On booking it says £10 each way but actually it's £13 each way.
Wait time says within 30 minutes from contacting them but we waited 45 minutes. And on the top of it we 2 weeks later we received penalty notice from the day we were abroad and the car was under their care. They don't reply to emails, don't answer the phone.We sent them photos of the penalty notice on WhatsApp but no reply. Horrible customer service, in fact no customer service.
The worst parking experience ever!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS , had to wait 45 minutes when I dropped the car off at the airport before anyone turned up to collect other people were waiting there as well. When I returned to collect the car no one was picking up on the phone number I was given, waited 75 minutes before anyone answered. I tracked my car on its tracker it was 8 miles away not moving so I paid £45 for a taxi to retrieve it in a unlit container compound . I had to threaten them with the police to get my keys delivered to the location

DO NOT USE! Absolutely awful service. Phone line not available on return, waited 4 hours from 1am in the morning. They just lie to you! Airport police came to take details (over 10 cars with same issue) no cars delivered back whilst police around - perhaps safe parking employees don’t have driving licence and insurance ????? Cars are parked in a field , no security/fencing. When we did get the car returned the driver didn’t even check he was giving it to the right customer, just rudely handed the keys over. They also use your car to ferry staff around!

Terrible, wish I had 0 stars to rate this company. Shoddy, substandard and unprofessional service.

Upon landing, I attempted to contact the driver/dispatcher using the only contact number provided on the booking. The number was unresponsive and couldn't go through. I attempted to call more than 50 times over a period of 2 hours with no success. This number is still not functional till today.

In spite of running from pillar to post, I could not find a way of finding any solution to locate my car. I met another person who had a similar ordeal who fortunately had the address where the cars were parked by this company. We hired a taxi to go to that address in the middle of night breaching all safety norms. On reaching the parking place, we found that there were several people looking for their cars in pitch darkness. We could not find any staff in the premises. We managed to find the keys (along with keys of many other cars) for our car in an unmanned room with no security.

I was travelling with young child and elderly family members in the middle of the night. We were left stranded at the terminal for a long time. This caused significant physical exhaustion and emotional distress to myself and my vulnerable passengers

Please please do not use this company it is extremely dodgey!! We waited over 3 hours they told us 10 minutes every 20 minutes. The whole website is dodgey I can’t believe it is still being advertised. Drives coming not saying anything then walking. They have no answers not their fault whoever running it is stealing our money. Then they told us we gave them the wrong registration and we booked wrong day. Over 3 hours!!

Complete joke. No confirmation upon leaving vehicle a part from a text with reg. Could have been anyone. Called after baggage to be collected and was told 55 min wait. Was lied to countless times that bit was on the way but I could see via my tracker that it was still stationary in the parling lot. Waited over 2 hours for the car. Do not use. Over 10 customers were waiting similar times with us

I wish I read the reviews before booking with them. Drop off was ok but getting the car back was a nightmare. No one answeering the phone for 2h +. We ended up with a few other angry clients taking a Uber to go the parking space getting our cars. You'd be better off paying for the offical meet and greet. Besides, when we called Standsted's helpdesk to complain, they said they have no knowledges of this company operating officially on the airport...

we arrived at Stansted to be asked by the driver for £10 cash for the exit fee .
on arrival back we had to wait 1 hour and 10minutes for our meet and greetand then told I had to pay £13 to leave .
drivers were all very rude !
but worst of all ive just received a £100 penalty for not paying the parking fee at Stansted to leave their car park . It turns out the driver who took my £10 then tailgated another car out of the car park to avoid paying ..

we called as soon as we landed and they said it would be an hour despite saying 45 minutes on their terms and conditions. they then took another 30 minutes so we called as it was 11pm and they said 20 minutes so we went outside after 10 and waited a further 35 minutes. It was hardly meet and greet and I have never had such an unpleasant experience. They said traffic and weather delays them yet none of that was an issue so who knows what’s going on there but save yourself the stress and anger and don’t book with them
