Fantastic experience over the phone
Fantastic experience over the phone. Was having technical difficulties getting logged in to get my deposit back but the call was incredibly straight forward and efficient. Zubair was extremely friendly and polite on the call, a genuinely lovely experience.

Outstanding customer service
After I asked a series of complex questions, Sharon took down my details and promised a callback. When she rang me back, she thoroughly talked me through every issue and resolved them completely.
