Really nice customer service, my request was solved quickly and i was informed of each step that was taking place.

My phone call was answered by Sharon who was extremely helpful. Sharon helped me with my request patiently and helpfully and made the process simple and quick - her customer service was exceptional.

My advisor today Zubair Javid, had made what was previously a frustrating website, a quick and painless experience.

Not only was he informative, professional, and a pleasure to speak to, but managed to immediately find the root of my concern and solve it in rapid time, whilst also providing me with additional options for client aftercare should I have any problems in the future.

He is an excellent advisor, and I highly recommend his experience to anyone going forward, should you be so lucky to encounter him.

Billy Robertson & Jodi Majury were both quick to respond to my emails & after vetting me told me my username was another email address. I gave that address but needed it changed. They did that quickly too & gave clear instructions on how to request my previous deposit back & the process afterwards. The site itself also gave very clear info about the process & prompted for info required. I think its an excellent service. I really appreciate it.
