Rome & Vatican card Arvostelua 

Well worth it. Made our stay in Rome a very happy one. Thank you.

Todo estupendo, instalaciones limpias y bien atendidas, situado en un lugar tranquilo y bien comunicado para visitar la ciudad. Lo mejor la atención que nos dispensaron Alesia y Lucila. Recomendable 100%

The only good things about this card is skipping the line at the Vatican and the hop on hop off bus feature. Other than that instructions are unclear, if any. I tried to access the Omnia app but it wouldn’t accept my order number, I then combed through every email to try all the numbers as well as the physical card with no luck. I was also told to download the Vox City app for the tours and it took over 12 hours to figure out the login there. Now we have two days left of our trip with no clue how to add other tours. We ordered this one because it was cheaper but I wish we had spent extra for another company.

Definitely I don’t recommend it.It is not worth the price. You pay more than buying tickets separately. Not true that you can skip lines to saint Peter’s. You cannot. It is a scam

No creo que ganes algo con esta tarjeta, incluso sale mas caro que comprar la entrada suelta. Acceso a iglesias que de por si son gratis. Y tienes que hacer toda la cola, no da beneficio alguno.

Cogimos el de 72 horas y nos gustó teníamos entrada y autobuses y metro sin problemas, el autobús turístico tiene varias paradas y te puedes bajar donde quieras en su parada y volverte a subir pasa cada 30 min.

Otwarty bus wskocz i jedz jest bardzo ciakawa opcja do zwiedzania, na trasie jest sporo podstawowych zabytków w. Rzymie, dzięki temu w krótkim czasie mogliśmy zobaczyć część zabytków. Polecam z całego serca

I cannot load my cards onto the app so that I can book my Colosseum tour. I keep putting the number that was on my order but it doesn't work. I am just hoping the cards work when I get there.

We had a good time in Rome but some of bus drivers were not helpful
We had a disable person with wheelchair in our group and we were told he and his partner are free every where but we paid 129 euros for them that we were not advertised very disappointed

À moins de planifier la visite de Rome des semaines en amont pour faire des visites tôt le matin jusqu’à la fin de la journée et de loger dans le centre de Rome, cette carte est très chère!! De plus, la signalisation sur les sites est mauvaise, on fait la queue comme tout le monde, rien est fait pour bien orienter les touristes! En 72h, on a pas le temps de la rentabiliser!

I bought the Omnia card (Roman Pass & Omnia card) because I thought it was going to be worth it. It turned out it wasn’t. To begin with, two attractions were included besides the Vatican museum. The thing is that the Saint Peter’s basílica was free and nobody warned me about it so I could choose another attraction to visit during my stay in Rome. Moreover, I had the Colosseum, The Roman Forum and The Palatino museum included with the card. When I went up the hill to visit the museum, I was told it had been closed for months, and no one told me so. I spent more money than I would have spent buying individual tickets. I sent an email to report everything that had happened and no one replied to my message.

As for skipping the queues, you also have to wait even if you have booked beforehand.

They should provide the customers with more information about how the cards work and reply to our emails.

I took the public bus and nowhere was indicated to tap the card. Bus drivers don’t bother to explain and your pass says to show the conductor.
I was fined 55 euros, eventhough I had a valid 3 day Romacard, which the bus conductor confirmed. But still he gave me a fine.

Most churches in rome are free. The Vatican and Sistine chapel there is no queue. You can easily get tickets at the door.

Metro in Rome and Milan , accept pay wave. So you don’t really need this card for public metro.

No me sirvió para prácticamente nada. Entrar a la basílica De San Pedro era gratis, san giovanni cerrado, el autobús turístico acababa a las 18:00. Un ruina. Vale más coger la roma 48 horas por ver el coliseo, foro y palatino y el transporte público. 2000 autobuses turísticos hasta las tantas y el mío terminaba a las 18:00. En fin. No la recomiendo en absoluto

The explanations are not enough. It's not necessary if you don't want to visit Vatican Museums, or if you vist Roma in low season.
You include sites that they are really free to visit.

I have bought two cards but because we were students, it costed much more than if we just had been buying normal tickets with reduces prices!!
I am shocked that nobody told us it was such a scam for students to buy such a card!

It all worked out ok in the end, but everything was quite stressful as I feel things weren’t explained very well. We didn’t realise that most places had to be booked and we had some misleading advice at the places you could activate your Omnia pass. On our third day we were told there were no slots for the Vatican Museum and it was only thanks to the nice lady at the office who went the extra mile to secure us a slot. Using the card on transport was easy and convenient and we particularly liked the open top bus.

Talking about our experience was all over okay because the first day when we went to pick our cards (we had choosed the option of picking it up) we got to know that the had sent to our hotel instead of picking them up so spend our money for the transport from our hotel to San Giovanni di Laterano to just pick up our card. After spending like 1 and half hour there you staff told us to call the hotel tell them to open the card and send us a picture of it, which we did because we our reservation for the colosseum already that day. Later on they sent us the picture of our card and we told you staff to printed which they did and told us that we could use it for colosseum so we went to the colosseum and they told us that we could not enter to it brace they need it the cards and not the photocopy so we again spent money to go the hotel and pick our cards letting our reservation time pass
The thing was that we paid for the card and even for the transport as well so we spent doble money for one day which wasn’t rentable.

Very good experience but make sure you plan visits in advance

Everything is easy.
Not complicated at all.

The experience we had using these passes were extremely terrible.

The first day we arrived in Rome we visited one of the collection points to be told the system is down and they cannot issue the passes to us. The gentleman there advised us that we could walk 30-40 minutes to the next office to collect there instead. In 35oc heat this was not an ideal situation.

The gentleman then advised us that we could come back in a few hours, hopefully the system will be working, so we did.

It took the office 45 minutes to issue the passes and explain how to use them. It was now 16:30 so the whole day was wasted waiting around for the passes.

The second issue I would like to bring to your attention is the poor bus service. We were provided with a bus time table, we would plan our day around this timetable, but to our disappointment the busses would not turn up on time. There were 2 or 3 occasions that we would wait at the bus stops for 30-40 minutes in the heat waiting for a bus, there were also occasions were the bus would not even stop. I understand that the bus may run slightly late due to traffic, but to have to wait 30 - 40 minutes and the bus drive straight pass you in not acceptable.

Due to this we had to change our plans meaning we missed out on visiting most of the attractions.

I am hugely disappointed, from the first day we arrived, it was wasted waiting around for the passes to be issued. From the poor bus service having to wait excessive time in the heat and missing out on visiting most of the attractions.
