Rocket Gardens Arvostelua

I’m surprised to read some of the poorer reviews. My experience was 5 star. Delivery is a bit slower but I was kept in the loop and never chased. The plants arrived beautifully packaged and in good shape. I have ordered a lot of plants on line and these are by far the best I have ever received. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Well done 👏🏻

This company has by far exceeded my expectations. The quality of plants is incredible! They are clearly cared for beautifully before sending. I feel like these are now precious babies who need 100% of my attention to grow to their fullest capacity. I'm excited to see what the future holds for me and my veg. Outstanding packing and condition. Don't hesitate 😍

I’ve just received flower plug plants.
They were very well packaged and extremely healthy looking plugs.
They are all potted on ready for better weather but just wanted to say how pleased and impressed I am with my first purchase from this company.

Very healthy, strong plants very well wrapped and delivered on time as indicated.
Highly recommended

Hi I have had to rethink my opinion on rocket Gardens they have sent me a refund and I have got to thank them for that

I ordered some vegetable plants from the team at Rocket and they arrived today as advised by their courier and exactly to time.
All the plants were excellent, perfectly packaged and now potted on and in the greenhouse really for planting out later this month. Have used Rocket Gardens before and can recommend them.

The plugs I bought from Rocket Garden arrived in great condition and were superbly packed.
I have purchased plugs from other well known companies and the failure has always been in shipping. Fragile plants don’t like being thrown around and invariably there is damage
The plants from Rocket Garden were so well packed that despite the delivery person throwing them over the gate, they all were in excellent shape

Very pleased with plants looking healthy and very well packaged. Well done

What a breath of fresh air as our first delivery of plants arrived this morning ... Peas, Spinach and Sweet Peppers. More to come. The packaging was super efficient ... eco friendly (no plastic) and really well secured. DPD decided to toss it over a 7' gate instead of ringing the doorbell, so I would ding Rocket Gardens for using them, but even with that flight, everything in the box was secure and well cared for.

If I had a fault it is that we ordered stuff a while ago (early April), I now understand how it works, they ship when it is right to go out where you live. But didn't understand that completely at first, so more advance communication on that would be helpful.

Plants look great and the Growing Guide as opposed to a catalog was an excellent addition. Tons of good information in there and something that will adorn our bookcase as a guide for quite some time.

Looking forward to our next 2 deliveries and telling all my friends.

Plants arrived packed carefully , in great condition, more than happy with my order , will definitely use again.

All praise to this Rocket Gardens. Their plants, their packaging, their customer service is an example to other suppliers of plants. I’d been badly let down by another company, selling me dead or dying plants in packaging which fell apart during transit. Rocket Gardens came to the rescue. Every plant was received healthy and undamaged. For such quality of plants, Rocket Garden’s prices are excellent value for money. I will certainly think of them first when needing plants in the future.

Just received my plants and I have never received such well presented and protected plants in over 30 years buying plants mail order and online. So impressed I have already been browsing for more. The herbs are good specimens and are healthy and thriving. Good value for money.

Having ordered verisus plants from rocket gardens including plugs of peas dwarf french beans and lettuce I was impressed with the quality of the plants, the condition they came in and the swiftness with Which they arrived. I have placed another order for more plants. Can't wait. Angela, Surrey

Rocket Gardens provided times and dates when my order would arrive, and when the plants came they were incredibly robust and healthy, and packed in a careful and eco-friendly way. I can't recommend them enough - and will certainly use them again!

My runner beans arrived and very impressed by quality.
As octogenarian, unable to drive anymore I have been disappointed in other sites but Rocket gardens excellent

Early days yet as plants only received and planted this weekend. Plants dispatched within preferred timeframe, small but well packaged and in good condition .

A problem with delivery agent dealt with swiftly (over the weekend). Time will tell on how they grow and resulting harvest.

The plants arrived so well-packaged and plastic-free. Communication was fantastic and I was kept well informed as to when the plants might arrive. The booklets and guidance you receive are fantastic, I also love the weekly email - it’s our first time growing veg and the information is really helpful.

We were missing one plant but the customer service has been brilliant in getting this sorted. I’ve already recommended to my family and we’ll be ordering again next year. Thank you!

Ordered autumn vegetable plugs for our allotment.
They arrived very healthy and strong and I really admired the non plastic packaging. I would definitely order from them again , I live in a small London flat so very little space, window sills! For growing seedlings

Another great delivery!!! We ordered leeks and spring cabbage on our last order, they arrived looking fabulous!!! Strong and healthy plants! We weren't able to plant them straight away but were given information about how to keep them happy until we could put them in their permanent beds which we followed and last weekend we put them in their permanent beds and they are all very happy!!!! I highly recommend this company and we have just placed our 3rd order!!!!!!

The plants we ordered were for a school to start a sensory corner for our nursery age children. The plants came beautifully packaged the children really enjoyed unpacking them, touching and smelling our new plants. Then we received a newsletter with lots of tips and ideas. Thank you
