I would give a no star had a leak in toilet took 11 handy men to try fix it the eventually they sent a plumber which got fixed that day they had to lift my floor too which they layed the wrong thickness of put board then when the floor layer came to lay the vinyl which they had to replace as it was my own he broke my bath panel which I had made they sent a grounds person to do a joiners job hadn't a clue got me a bit of plastic bathroom wall panel to put on front of Bath I refused it so they got him to make what I had had made he hadn't a clue what he was doing I gave him the stuff what I had left off the front to do it with he knacked that in between all this the phone calls off the complaints as I had raised one they where saying nothing but lies I have asked for the last 2 months to raise the complaint to the next level as I am going to the ombudsman about them as this is 4mths down the line I am still waiting for the job to be completed I have nothing on the front of my bath which I have children they are not bothered about people or children hurting themselves I asked for my bath panel to be dropped off so I will have to pay for a joiner to rectified there mess up and all I get is that they are gonna compleat the job stage which I haven't got my panel back yet my advice is take photos of the before job and as they are doing it and finished job as I am gonna so plz look after yourself as they do nothing but lie and wreck your home on stars for evolve at all.

Absolutely disgusting when it comes to repairs. Dont turn up, then with emergency repairs they do it at their own convenience not in a matter of emergency

I reported 5 weeks ago that we have damp/mould growing on our bedroom ceiling and a 4 month old baby sleeping in this room (that now has a cold due to the situation) and am still waiting for someone to call me back to resolve the issue! I logged a complaint with riverside on 27/11/24 which I understand their policy is a complaints handler will call me back within 5 working days being today the 5th day, to then ring up and be told it has not even yet been passed to a complaint's handler! This is absolutely SHOCKING!! I am today taking my complaint to the ombudsman and contacting a newspaper with my story about my baby and the way this company has treat me! DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM RIVERSIDE SHARED OWNERSHIP! I have contacted Paul Dolan the CEO of Riverside in hope this will get me somewhere.

The staff are not professional the receptionist doesn't no what he doing most of the time playing with his phone I had very unpleasant day all of them need training and need help to treat people with respect.

Riverside is the most disgustingly incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune of ever coming into contact with. I have lived in this flat for some 15 years and I have reported this nuisance above me on countless occasions. The housing officer (Amanda Kemp) is an absolute joke, incompetent and a few other words I can not put here. She had the chance to put a stop to this idiot several years ago but chose not to get involved. It is her job to get involved and clamp down on the sort of behaviour this neighbour is getting up to. This is not a new issue, it is the same issue as previously reported. He drags furniture across his kitchen floor on a daily basis. You could set your watch by his antics, in addition to this he has a squeaky bedroom door which he deliberately open and closes in the middle of the night. When he opens the door it squeaks, when he closes the door it squeaks. What I don’t understand is how does the door squeak three times. One to open, one to close, there should be no third squeak but there is. I believe he is doing this on purpose just to wake me up and once awake I find it impossible to get back to sleep. I have now taken to refusing to answer the door to Amanda or any Riverside employee as it leads to a complete waste of time. I have requested a move but again all came to nothing. I was told to tidy my garden up as they have had complaints. So I cut the grass back and told Amanda that the trees overhanging my garden belonged to next door (they were about a third of the way can’t garden) and Amanda said she would get that sorted for me. In the end I went to the expense of purchasing a chainsaw and cutting the overhang down myself. I had planned to burn the branches on bonfire night but was told I mustn’t do that. It is now going to cost me in the region of £300 to have them removed from my garden. Not bad for something I am not responsible for. I am now looking at a legal route to proceed down and already email several solicitors. I would strongly recommend against anyone renting from this disgusting organisation. As soon as I find something else I am out of here.

Terrible services have you seen all complaints about this service everybody saying the same thing. Don't expect anything from these these people are only there to pick up wages. One terrible service if you've got complex issues, they re going to forget about you they don't want people like that will just forget about you you cannot work with a mental health doesn't exist you're not getting anything from these people. Stop listening to these long time ago. These people don't care about you. The only there to pick up wages. I am the only person what I hasn't got a response back from them because I m speaking the truth about them also, the previous government stripped mental health so much there's nothing

So easy to book a repair on My Riverside app, at a time and day that suits when they are in the area. If I have needed to call, the staff are friendly and so helpful.
Good to know there is someone there to help 24 hours a day!

Not every repair choice is an option through this system. Also having to wait so long for repairs is bad, over a month to deal with a broken front door

As a 1st timer for booking a repair on the Riverside app I was surprised how easy it was to book my appointment actually it was easier to book online than it is to phone them and having to go through the numbers to get to speak to someone will definitely book repairs online in the future
